Dr. Brouillette is a great doctor. He was very caring and knowledgable. I took both of my kids to him for about two years. I would recommend him as a doctor to anyone, but his staff was terrible. Wait times were long, even if it was the first appointment of the day. The receptionists were not at ALL friendly. Overall, I would not recommend this office.

I absolutely love him! I saw him almost all of my childhood. He remembers me, my family. Asks about the little things in our lives. It doesnt feel like he has other patients. Yes the wait times are long, and some of the staff is unpleasant, but its more than worth it for a great doctor!!

The doctor was fine. Very personable. The problem was getting a return call from staff when I wanted them to go over lab results. I left 4 messages with either front desk or voicemail over a period of a few weeks and never got a call back. I just gave up out of frustration.

The Drs can be great. However the front desk staff is a totally different story but I guess sometimes you have to sacrifice good customer service for a good Dr,!

Dr. Brouilette is fantastic . His nurse is amazing as well. The staff up front is usually rude, however, so that can be frustrating - thus only 4 stars.
