I really had a decent experience here for the first year of my babys life and loved Mrs. Julie. Right after my child turned a year old, he was getting sick all the time. One Friday morning I got a call from his daycare at 7:30 that I needed to turn around and get him because he had a fever of 103. Of course the doctor isnt open that early so I went and got him and took him straight to the doctor hoping they would see him. When I got there, I was told by the front desk that I should have called first and handed me a business card with their phone number, that they dont take walk ins and that I could have a seat. I then asked if I was waiting for an appointment or what and she just shook her head and pointed to the waiting area. I proceeded to sit for 30 min before she made me an appointment for 15 minutes later. I got back in a room to see Dr. Youngblood and it took her 45 minutes to come in and just say that he didnt "look" like he had the flu and said it was just an ear infection again and sent us home. My childs temperature ended up going to 105 the next day so we took him to a new doctor that Monday and they said he had a severe ear infection with a lot of fluid build up and he needed to see an ENT for tubes.

Had a pleasant experience during my sons first visit but the second visit Im no longer impressed. I was called to my sons school to pick him up due to him having an upset stomach and diarrhea. That was at 8:15 am...mind you the office doesnt open until 8:30. I was in the parking lot before the staff got in. I called as I was walking into the building and the young lady tells me they go by appointments only. I told her wow well maybe I should go to CHOA instead and she let me know I could have a seat and that she scheduled his appointment for 11:15. Well its 9:40 and Ive been sitting here with a sleeping baby for over an hour. We are getting ready to head to CHOA and I will no longer be returning back. So parents if you child happens to fall ill unexpectedly please make sure you make an an appointment because this place does not do walk ins and could care less about your sick child in the lobby.

I loved this office while my daughter was under the care of Dr. Myers. Unfortunately due to a couple of visits and misdiagnosis I will be moving my daughter and now newborn son to a different pediatrician. My daughter ultimately had to go to an ER visit to determine she had a double ear infection when she saw Dr. Williams twice in 2 weeks as she had a constant fever for a week, cold symptoms werent getting any better and somehow this got missed. In fact her last visit Monday of this week I was told her ears were healed from a small spot in one ear a week prior only to find out she in fact had a bad ear infection in BOTH ears. Would no longer recommend this facility to anyone not to mention the wait times are now ridiculous they are taking too many patients!

Great physicians and administrative staff. I have been taking my children there since we moved to Georgia 10 years ago. they always try to fit you in when needed. If child is sick, they will have you come in same day, and there is not a long wait. When I needed forms completed, it only took 2 days as they promised. Love them!!

My toddler just started school, so it seems like hes sick at least once a month. The staff, nurses and doctors here are so patient with us and so accomodating, I dont mind the half an hour drive from home. I wont take him anywhere else.

Best Medical provider I have ever encountered. They are friendly, accommodating, and fast. They are easy to work with and get you in and out. I love taking my infant here, they are caring and always handle her with care.

Nothing but bandaid pushers when a child is truly ill they still want u to make an appointment...who can predict an ull child...and make an appointment...not ever going back...why would u make a sick child wait 2 hours

Dr. Youngblood has been my daughter and sons dr since the day they were born. My daughter is now 10 and my son is 5. I have had nothing but good experiences with the entire staff at kids first. Love them!

Grand daughter woke up with strep throat; in and out within an hour , with coveted sticker in hand when calling ahead. Staff very accommodating and sympathetic toward ill child!!
