I take my child to this doctors office. I did. I do not anymore. After moving to Paris I set up appointment with new doctors for my disabled son. The first meeting I brought all of his previous medical documents. That one went well. However, I have to do monthly appointments for his illness. The next month, the appointment was later in the evening, a nurse practitioner came in, we discussed his weight and everything, when i left i thought all was well, until the pharmacy told me she had written the script wrong, and it was too late in the day to call and get it fixed. So my son was out of his meds the next morning. I called to see if they could fix the issue. They said i had to schedule another appointment, go to pharmacy and get the script back to show them (shouldnt they have a copy?) then they would reissue a new one, correctly, so first was on monday, then i was back on wednesday, got the scripts fixed, and yes i did complain, thats alot of gas wasted since i dont live in town, and son without meds for two days, causing grief with school, Then as what i can only see as a retaliation, they called on friday and said i had to be there within 4 hrs for a count of his pills. This has never happened before, ever. I have never felt so insulted, and infuriated. I lost money dealing with this issue. Time from work, gas and aggravation. I no longer Trust this establishment. I would advise against using. They are the stereotypical Medicaid provider that gives the barest nod to appropriate and competent treatment. The also quoted, that it was a state and Dea requirement. However, it is not a DEA requirement. States implement Prescription monitoring programs, and they are done thru the pharmacies, and health department. Yet another lie they tell. Patients beware, your health could be in jeopardy using these offices.

The worst place ever!!!! Am new to area, the recepionests passes judgement on you labeling you a drug seeker even though Ive been on nacotics for five years in another state supervises by my family doctor. Im 56 years old, I have romitoid arthritis in my knees, ankles hips lower and upper back. Have only one kidney, it fuctions at only twenty percent causing inflomation to my feet causing major pain. Been going there for 4 months and saw Dr Ridley. Great Doctor, he look over my medical history and sees the reasoning for me to be on narcotics and continued giving me scripts. I went to the doctors office to get my monthly scripts and the recepionests says Dr Ridley quit three week ago. I asked to see a difference Dr and receptionest say they wont write me anymore scripts cause the recepionest thinks my health does not warrant narcotics and there is nothing they can do for me!!!! If I die cause of drug withdraws, have a heart attack, or Stoke out thri county family medicine will pay the price. Count on it. I have recordings and documentation of everything!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC !!!

So tell me why a doctors office this size makes you wait out front an hour sometimes longer before they call You back. Then when you do get called back they leave you in a room for 30 mins or longer.... this is so ridiculous especially when you have a doctor appt with them! We will be finding a new doctor! There is no reason to have patients in a room for 30 mins to an hour and when you say something to them they just look at you funny! I honestly believe if they would stop gossiping at the nurses desk about thier personal stuff they could get more patients done. I dont know about the rest of them but I would like to be seen and not hear about how their night was!

I have been going here for a couple of years. Every once in a while you get lucky and you are in and out. Most of the time it can take all day. My last visit there, they only had one doctor, the waiting room was packed, and despite being there from about 8:20 in the morning, come 2:00 in the afternoon I still had not been seen. If you request copies of anything, you have to call them constantly or they wont do it. I was also supposed to have an MRI done and its been almost year and they still havent arranged it with the hosspital. The exam rooms are also usually filthy. Definitely am looking elsewhere for my medical needs.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. I only came here because I am new to town and do not have a regular doctor yet. I needed a basic antibiotic to get rid of an infection. It turned into three visits and a major infection. Each visit, the provider did not know what was done on the previous visit. I had to start over each time. Now I have had five different antibiotics and still have issues. My advise is find a real doctor or go to the ER, which is the last place I would ever go, until now.

They have been my TennCare appointed "Doctor" for 3 years. Still waiting on referrals to 2 different specialists. If they lost all the TennCare money they would close. The only people who come here are those of us who cant afford real insurance so we get second rate care. Dont even get me started on the front desk person. Idk how they keep their job rude and incompetent summarizes this clinic. Wish there was 0 stars.

From another review: Great Urgent Care for Paris, Tn. Easy to get a same day appointment and very little wait to get seen. Would highly recommend. LoL Isnt this what "urgent care" stands for? Very slow on referrals for issues they cant diagnosis or have the equipment for..... If you have more than a cold dont go here for real medical needs!! Only way they stay in business is that they take blue care!!

I went there two weeks ago and a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours and they said they would call me o have called for two days and not getting any answers thats not no way to treat your patiences so I dont see how they are still in business time to find a doctor

I waited almost 4 hours and still nobody came in the examining room to see me. I had an appointment and I was 10 minutes early. I hope that a plummer or someone keeps them waiting sometime that long. My time is important to me and I felt disrespected there.

3 1/2 hours and we are still waiting. 2 1/2 of that was waiting in the lobby. We have not seen anyone. They could come in and say something. They could actually act like they care. This is so ridiculous.

Have been here almost 2 hours and just now went back to sit in the room for who knows how long. My appointment was at 1 and it is now 3. This is Ridiculous still waiting on the doctor.
