Upon the advice of my orthopaedic surgeon that SAAD was a top performing equipment provider I bought a rubberized leg cast cover that the saleslady had a very hard time fitting, even after putting it on over a plastic bag. It was more difficult to remove. After taking the cast cover home, my wife and I struggled with the cover especially having a difficult time removing it. I used the device one time and it is too hard to use. I tried to return the clean and undamaged item to the store approximately 14 days after the purchase. The salesman declined to return the item and his manager backed him up. The sales receipt does state they have a 7 day return window but in my case I was unable to return the item in the stated time period. Although there are several more expensive items that SAAD carries that I need to purchase, I will take my business to a SAAD competitor. Potential SAAD customers beware of purchasing an item that is extremely hard to use and beware of the lack of flexibility in the SAAD item return policy. SO SAAD.
