I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN! AND WILL INFORM EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE SAME!!!! My Wife went to the ER to have a small piece of toenail removed, as it was ingrown. The receptionist did not inform us that my insurance did not cover this ER, her statement was ,"we take ALL insurance" talk about a bait and switch situation!!!! I was charged $4000.00 dollars for this procedure...UNBELIEVABLE!!! Needless to say the DR. did a horrible job- there were still pieces of nail left in that had to be removed afterwards.They also attempted to prescribe antibiotics that were extremely STRONG, I told them I would prefer something less potent and asked them why I needed this? After several attempts to have my question answered , I was finally told that this antibiotic covers MRSA!!! I did not have MRSA and I asked them where I would contract this from? Once again they would not answer my question---- and I stated" obviously from this facility, as this is not something you were contract on a usual basis from home etc....

I dont even want to give one star to this hospital and their staff! My newborn was sick with rsv and we brought her in emergency through ambulance because she had trouble breathing. All they did was keep me in a cold room with my baby for five hours, only to tell me they cannot treat us! My poor baby could not breathe properly they didnt even suction her nasal passages to clean her out nor did they give us any comfort or blankets to keep my baby warm! Please do not go to this hospital! The staff were very rude and careless! We ended up at Lutheran general, where we have the best care!

Horrible, hospital does not employ doctors they contract them. When you visit the hospital, the hospital charges the insurance or puts a lein on your health records. When you pay the bill, its only the hospital bill, they dont pay the doctors...a year later you get a bill from the doctor stating they were not paid and insurance does not cover it because they were not billed in the first place....such a mess, you will need a lawyer not a doctor if you visit them....

Horrible. Wish I didnt have to give a star to leave a review. These people dont have a sense of urgency. Dont get me wrong this isnt pointed towards everyone there because the nurses are really nice. But this is the worst place to go if there is actually something wrong with you. I would rather drive an hour away to go somewhere else then this place. I will purposely go to another hospital so I never have to deal with this people again.

I met an amazing Doctor in the ER. He sat in the rooom and treated me like a real person. Listened to me, helped me in my darkest hour. I watched him do the same to another patient as I was being discharged. Im sure there were sicker people that day but he made me feel secure when I was so scared. Thank you Dr Oyasu for being so caring and kind.

Absolute nightmare. "4 minute wait time" means 2.5 hours waiting with a sobbing one year old. Zero other people waiting. Stay away. Awful. Update*** its now been 3.5 hours. They said they would give my daughter Tylenol but they ran out. I would have more luck performing at home surgery. Dont come here. Save yourself.

Receptionist was rude as could be. Waited with a sick child for 3+ hours crying in the er and never saw a doctor, nurse, or a room for that matter. One star because you cant give zero. Absolutely ridiculous, and highly unprofessional. Do not come here for medical care!

This is the worst place to ever go. Rude, incompetent. Made me feel like i was wasting their time when I was having chest pains. They encouraged me NOT to have a cat scan. I wouldnt go there if it was the closest place and I was dying. They were so snotty with me.

This place is the WORST medical establishment I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. Completely unprofessional, rude and ignorant to how you feel. So awful. Did no tests and just pushed medication on me. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. Can not stress this enough.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Maybe people are confusing this with the ER which is terrible. I have been to the surgery center three times and each time I have received professional and caring care. I highly recommend the surgery center!

Sign said "0 min wait" .... I am here right now in a room 1hr 45min and counting.... One doctor..., has not even stopped by once..... If u have an actual emergency drive to a real hospital... I feel sorry for nurses....What a joke

Understaffed. Took a family member there for a cut on the face, no stitches just went to get cleaned up and a professional opinion. Arrived at 9:30pm was not seen by a doctor until 12 midnight. Did not leave until 2am.

Dont go there for work related injurys, supposedly they dont keep patient records. I am not too sure how you can run a hospital if you dont keep records.
