"Quit your bitching and get out, theres the door." This is the response I received by the proprietor Salazar, I will not give him the respect deserving of the title of Doctor. I received this treatment for calmly asking where we were in our attempts to figure out my wifes diagnosis, the absolute last thing on his deluded mind. These events were the culmination of appointments made one after the other. Eventually, we had seen every single doctor in there in order to help her. None of these doctors care for their patients. She was initially seen for chronic pain and was eventually misdiagnosed with lupus. This is a life threatening chronic autoimmune disease that they carelessly, without quantitative proof diagnosed her with. A different clinic has since corrected their mistake. However, they refused to treat or help her in any way, while verbally assaulting me in the patient room, and physically forcing me to leave simply for asking about the timeline for my wifes diagnosis. I can literally find the words to describe how worthless, and destructive this establishment is. And all of this is perpetrated solely by the proprietor undeserving of the position he holds. Avoid this hell-hole like the plague if you know whats good for you.

La atención estaba bien hasta hace unos meses ahora reciben muchos pacientes y la calidad del servicio a disminuido,tengo un pago de un laboratorio que ellos usaron sin avisarme les he llamado por solución desde hace meses ahora me llego aviso de colección no hay nadie capacitado para ayudarme con el error que ellos cometieron .hoy llame 2 veces a la oficina y en la segunda ocasión me pusieron en espera varias veces por 45 minutos para salir con lo mismo de siempre nadie sabe qué hacer .pero ellos exigen los copagos antes de la consulta o no le dan atención

I am doctor myself. My previous PCP were not interested to send me for tests I needed.One time EKG machine was broken.Another time my blod sugar was elevated and they recommended just diet when meds were needed. I became dissapointed in primary care.I read somewhere that docs actually get bonuses if they do not order tests even if patients needed them.I hope that is not true but it got me worried sick. This year I applied for insurance last November and after many mistakes ( my HMO plan assigned me to Pediatrician..lol..I am 49 !) in March I got lucky and randomly chose Dr Salazar. They offered me a PA to see soon or to wait for Doc a week more.I chose PA .Emily was to be my new doctor. I felt sick and tired and my sugar was over 350.She diagnosed me correctly and also checked my heart via EKG the same day. No waiting needed. Since then she ran all tests necessary,put me on meds and I am doing better.She did not know I am doctor myself. Other staff was professional and did their job well. So far so good.

The office has great doctors most of all Dr.Kesenia and Dr. Emily. The downfall is that the staff is very incompetent and extremely rude. While you wait to be called all you hear is gossip in spanish between the staff and constant complaining about the patients. This would be a great practice if they imporved the staff and the customer service. After 5 years dealing with the rudeness I switched to a better practice.

The staff is very nice and the providers I have seen in my few visits seem to be genuine and helpful.
