I saw Dr. Crystal Surprenant as a patient in Maryland both for routine pain management as well as a result of a car accident. She is by far my favorite chiropractor that I have worked with to date. Dr. Crystal is one of the rare professionals who make the experience an enjoyable one. She was able to relieve pain that I thought had become a way of life. I never felt rushed while working with her and she always knew who I was without needing to consult a chart or a schedule first. She answered all of my questions without hesitation demonstrating her strong background and medical knowledge as it relates to her practice. Not only does she have a wealth of professional knowledge, Dr. Crystal was very friendly and conversational to where I looked forward to my visits, not only to physically feel better, but to benefit from our conversations. She remembered my medical details as well as information that I had shared personally, being able to connect on both a professional and personal level. Dr. Crystal has my most highest recommendation and I can only hope that my loss will be your gain as a future patient of hers.

Dr. Crystal was our family chiropractor for myself and two children who are athletes. We LOVE Dr. Crystal and miss her dearly! My daughter claims shell never have another chiropractor - ever. :) Dr. Crystal was not only skilled in her therapeutic abilities, but also charismatic, kind and comfortable to be around which is a wonderful balance when having to be in close proximity with a doctor and being left in their hands (literally). Dr. Crystal will be sorely (pun intended!) missed. I highly recommend Dr Venuti! I was referred to Dr Venuti by a friend who told me that the acupuncture treatments for his insomnia work so well that he now sleeps like a baby! I suffer with chronic pain, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. My Rheumatologist suggested acupuncture for pain management a while back and now I am so glad to have found Dr V! He is very thorough and honest in discussing his treatment plans. Ive been going for acupuncture, traction and adjustments for about six weeks now and I always feel better after my visits. Do not be afraid to hear that you may need traction. Its not painful at all. Restorative Health Center has been a godsend for me.

I have been a patient with Dr. Venuti (Dr. Nick) for a year and a half now, and hes amazing! I started seeing Dr. Nick for extreme pain due to sciatica. After just a few visits, life became more bearable, and my pain started to subside. Dr. Nick doesnt provide a "band aid" fix, through a customized series of exercises, traction and adjustments, he treats the cause of the problem to prevent recurrence. Dr. Nick and his assistant Megan are both very warm, welcoming and genuine. Im absolutely grateful to have found this awesome team!

I was a patient of Dr. Surprenants in Maryland. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and my muscles in my legs, back and neck get very tight and inflamed. Also having bursitis in both hips caused me to have difficulty lifting my right leg. After she did dry needling sessions I was able to finally lift my leg and walk without a lot of pain. Although Im on medication for the arthritis to prevent it from getting worse, Dr. Surprenant has been the most helpful! She is very knowledgable and so pleasant that I will miss her here in Maryland.

I was in a car accident and receiving physical therapy for my back. I couldnt even roll over in bed without being in excruciating pain. After several weeks of PT and no relief, I saw Dr. Venuti. After one visit, I could already feel a difference. In a short amount of time, I gained mobility again, and the pain began to dissipate. Dr. Venuti is very knowledgeable, thorough in his treatment, and takes the time to listen and address your concerns. If you are thinking of seeing a chiropractor, I highly recommend seeing him.

I have been seeing Dr.V for over 7 months now. My neck was so far out that we started traction asap.And my lower back was causing problems with my feet.So since I have been coming my neck and back have been getting so much better. My neck was 45 cm out and my lower back was at 25 cm. After seeing him for this 5-7 month period they have both improved so much.My neck now sits at only 25 cm.And my back is now at 15 cm. Vast improvements and now no tingling in my feet anymore.Thank you Restorative for helping me so much.

When I first saw Dr. Nick the pain in my neck, shoulder and back were incredible. I had been living with this for years, and finally reached a point where I couldnt take the pain any longer. After a thorough examination to determine what was causing my pain, Dr. Nick put together a plan for me. It didnt take long before I started to feel a difference as the pain began to subside. Dr. Venuti was recommended by a friend. I had never gone to a chiropractor and was a little skeptical at first. After seeing Dr. Venuti, my neck issues were greatly improved. On one visit, I arrived with a nauseating headache. He knew just where to apply pressure and in only a few minutes, the headache was gone! I was amazed. Dr. Venuti is very kind and caring and takes time to listen to your concerns and explain the treatment plan. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great chiropractor! TL

I have had ongoing neck issues for a long time and have tried a few chiropractors. I would feel some relief but then the ache always came back. When I first tried Dr. Venuti, I was impressed with how different he treated. Not only did he adjust, but there was also exercises, traction and massage. He has helped my pain go away! Dr. Venuti is a great guy, very friendly and attentive. His assistants are phenomenal as well. I highly recommend this wonderful practice.

Thank goodness for Dr. V and the entire staff at Restorative Health. My back is getting stronger, pain has been relieved and Dr. V continues to correct the problem rather than just provide a short-term solution to a long-term problem. Restorative Health combines a weekly regiment of exercise, traction, adjustment and massage. The synergistic effect of all these methods finally have restored my mobility and relieved my discomfort.

After 3+ years of debilitating neck and upper back pain and two previous chiropractors I found Dr Nick who took the time to properly diagnose the cause of my symptons. He laid out a regimen that has produced results when the others couldnt. My back pain is a thing of the past and my neck has shown remarkable improvement. I am now largely pain free. I was a patient of Dr. Crystal Surprenant in Maryland for a pulled muscle in the chest that was not healing on its own. I thought it was going to be a tough one to fix. She got everything loosened up and working again in just a few weeks. She is very personable and wonderful to work with. Sad to see her leave Maryland but her future patients in Illinois are gaining a great Chiropractor!!
