Made an appointment for 11am on a Friday for a strep test and maybe some antibiotics due to a sore throat and fever. Arrived 5 minutes early - was told there were no rooms available so I would get seen when someone was discharged. I asked if that meant a longer wait and she said yes. So I sat down, filled out my paperwork, waited about 25 minutes before I heard a girl in the packed waiting room say she had been there for 2 hours waiting for a pre-work drug screen! That is just crazy. This place needs to remove the appointment option from online if they are not going to abide by it. They also need to be more upfront and honest about wait times from the start. Maybe they need to consider sending some patients to the ER instead of treating them there. I left after 30 mins of waiting past my appointment time and made an appointment for 2 hours later with my primary care doctor who is 45 minutes away just to ensure I would be seen in a timely manner. No one who is sick or injured wants to sit in your waiting room for 2 hours!

Had blood work done last Thrs. and gave them the doctors orders when I went in. Apparently no one pays attention to doctors orders and addresses because again the results were sent to his old office rather than the info on the orders! ABMC needs to update their doctor information so this doesnt continue to happen - this makes twice for me. His old office apparently doesnt forward info either. This could cause serious problems if these tests were crucial to treatment - which they were. had stress test done - same problem! had more blood work done and specifically told registration, and lab the doc info, and where to send it - not Bartlett office - guess what? went to Bartlett even tho the info was on the order, I told registration and I told lab. So again I had to call the lab and have the results sent where it was supposed to go. your people are so nice and make you feel at ease but they dont listen to patients when they are given information.

DR ORHAN PERFORMED FIBROID SURGERY ON ME A FEW YEARS AGO. SHE WAS WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY OPINIONS AND WAS COOPERATIVE WITH MY DECISIONS. I HAVE TWO FRIENDS THAT HAD THE SAME SURGERY AND WAS TOLD BY THEIR DOCTOR THAT ALL FRIBROIDS MAY NOT BE REMOVED. FORTUNATELY MY DR ORHAN REMOVED ALL 21 OF MY FRIBROIDS. SHE IS A TRUE ARTIST OF HER CRAFT. HER PLAN OF CARE WAS WONDERFUL. SHE MADE SURE MY PAIN WAS CONTROLLED THROUGHOUT MY HOS[ITAL STAY. JESSICA IS WONDERFUL AS WELL. SHES BRIGHT, HAS GREAT ENERGY AND A TRUE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

It could be sometimes bad where the nurses there could take forever to attend you but nurses should be respected more because theyre everywhere and could be busy sometimes. Yeah, sometimes the place could be empty and youre the only person there and it just seems like no one cares (Ive been there) but its not always bad. Docs are nice and good to talk to. They understand and everything.

I had an appointment for 7:30AM on Sat. 3/19/16 but I was the only person too show up. I received a call the day before confirming my appointment and was asked to show up early to fill out paperwork, so me thinking St. Alexius was a professional organization I showed up early. I should send them an invoice like they would send me if I missed an appointment. Very disappointing
