I highly recommend the Health First Wellness Center for anyone looking for an amazing group of professionals to resolve their chiropractic issues. Keep in mind that I have never been to a chiropractor prior to this excursion. I experienced intense dizziness two months ago and immediately scheduled a consultation. Dr. Coni/Elahi provided a comprehensive rehabilitation plan and fielded my questions, considering my first-timer status. Please keep in mind, this is a business transaction and progress doesnt happen overnight. Just remember, they are here to help, but you have to know your limitations (money/time) and express your preferences. The staff is very professional and will work with you if your schedule is prohibitive. My program consisted of light physical therapy, short massage, and an adjustment 3x weekly for about 2 months. Princess and friends (administration) did an excellent job working my schedule to make appointments reality. Ricky (PT) is sculpted out of marble and willing to work with you on even the least motivated of days. The massage ladies plus Louise did a great job of breaking up adhesions while keeping the conversation fairytale-esc. Dr. Coni and Dr. Elahi had excellent bedside manner, quick bruce lee/Paula Deen hands, and saint-like patience. They listened to me for signs of stress and offered great insight/tips to help throughout the day. In summary, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional chiropractic relief and professional care!

After receiving a Groupon for laser hair removal for my birthday, I tried to schedule an appointment immediately. After not hearing back for about a week, I contacted Groupon. Asya finally called me, but I was out of town and missed her call. When I got home, I called her back several times with no answer or call back. Weeks later, I tried again. Yet again, no response. According to her voicemail, her preferred method of contact is text messaging, so she can respond quicker. Well, no response again--until today when I gave an ultimatum. She actually responded to my message for the first time ever! Me: "Hi! I really would like to schedule an appointment ASAP. I have been trying to get in touch for several weeks now. I will be going elsewhere if I dont hear back soon." Her: "Hi Sarah. I fully understand. If you contact groupon they will be able to refund your money. Im sorry we werent able to help you." I mean, really? I just wanted to schedule an appointment. I dont think I was asking too much of her. What a terribly unprofessional way to handle this. The best part about this is that their company marked my Groupon as redeemed. This should be fun. Buyer beware.

Doctor Elahi and Mayer are great! They are so very personable and give great treatment. Dr.Mayer has quite extensive knowledge of the body; from kinesio tape to muscle strengthening/rehabilitation. She really has quite a full bag of tricks. After being in and out of physical therapy for decades due to knee and back issues I was surprised by all of the unique and effective exercises Ruel was able to employ. His physical therapy knowledge is so very vest. Not only is Ruel well versed in strengthening & stretching but he also gives incredibly therapeutic & innovative massages. Jamie experience, expertise, and disposition also make for a great combination. She has truly found her calling. After having massages done here for over 2 years now, I cant bring myself to go anywhere else. I dont trust that Ill find the same knowledge & expertise. The chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, & massages at Health First Wellness Center really work together to alleviate pain and rectify chiropractic ailments. This is why I would find it hard to believe I could receive better care elsewhere.

In life it is important to have a good team. At the forefront of my personal healthcare is Health First. Health First, and especially Dr Mayer are Artisans at their craft of putting people back in shape. Ive been coming to them for help for about 6-8 months and have seen great improvement. I recently suffered an injury, and they have also helped put me back together from that. They are always willing to make last minute appointments when Ive needed them, they have been flexible in scheduling - their front office is great - awesome welcome, a great start to any visit. They send you down to physical therapy and massage - Nikolai (Not sure how to spell the poor guys name) is gifted at what he does at making muscles give up their resistance. Finally - Dr Mayer is an old school Chiro- knowing how to manipulate like a champion and get my skeleton talking each and every time. Im shocked at how many different services the place offers. Literally the only thing I wish they had that they dont is a sensory deprivation tank. Much like Rick Astley, I wont ever give them up.

OUTSTANDING TEAM :) I have been recieving treatment for just about 3 weeks now for an auto accident where I experienced head aches, pain in the right shoulder and entire cervical spine (neck). After reviewing with the Dr. a treatment plan was sent up immediately. I recieve chiropractic care, massage and stretch and strength training dailey; without delay. I started experiencing relief in the beginning of the third week. I am so impressed with the communication skills between the staff, everyone is on time and on board with my recovery. I wish more Dr.s offices where as friendly, compassionate and considerate as they are at Health First. The team really seems to enjoy their jobs, and making a difference in patients lives. I will definately recommend them to anyone in need, and have already introduced the facility to my primary care physician. Bravo Team !!!! Thanks for making a difference.

Originally fell upon this place when I purchased a groupon for a 1 hour massage and chiropractic consultation. Spoke with Doctor Elahi and had X-rays taken to see what could be the cause of my ongoing back pain. 1 hour massage with Crystal was the BEST massage I have ever had. She really focused on my back and didnt hold back with pressure. Most other massage places do not focus on your problem area and I am happy to say I wont be going anywhere else for a massage. I decided since they took insurance to do treatment here. Lets say, the combination of massage, chiropractic, and physical therapy I have been feeling a whole lot better. Jamie has an endless amount of knowledge on PT and I enjoy coming in for treatment. The entire staff is super professional and have outgoing personalities. They accommodate your needs and will most definitely work with you! Keep up the good work!

Chiropractors - Long long long long long long waits. Tried going in during my lunches, had three appointments and every single time, Im either waiting in the waiting room or in an office for over 30 minutes! Not acceptable. Then, I get this "Free Massage" that they were holding over my head appointment after appointment until the third appointment and it was absolutely horrible! Not only was it not enjoyable, but it led to an injury to my otherwise perfect back! I had a perfectly fine back and just came in because of the free massage and they went and messed it up. I workout almost everyday and after seeing these "experts", I was unable to workout or do any yoga for TWO WEEKS! I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs! Big scam! Terrible injuries!!
