Its really hard to find an exotic vet, so Im happy that I found Point Vicente. My hamster had some serious bleeding and they were able to fit me in the same morning that I called. Dr. Micco was very nice and explained everything that could be going on. She was also understanding of my budget, which I appreciated. She and the staff were great about answering any questions I had, even via phone the following week. Thankfully, Eloise is doing much better after the meds they gave us. I hope I dont have to see them again soon, but very glad to know of a good exotic vet, just in case.

The staff and vets at Pt. Vicente are competent and caring. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room and staff usually helps me and my little animals (in cages) to my car. I am especially pleased that two doctors treat exotics and do it well.

The doctors and workers here are very caring and just wonderful! The hospital here is also very clean and doesnt smell like a wet dog!! I love love love it here!

Overpriced for service, 10:40 appt, not seen until 11:45. Poor customer service. The convenience is not worth the cost and long wait time.
