Enjoyed the doctor and thought he provided us great service. However, the office sold me a clairisonic that did not work. When I called about a replacement, they directed me to call clairisonic because the office was not sure when they would receive another shipment. I was disappointed, but said ok and called clairisonic. In talking with clairisonic, they determined the unit I was sold was over a year and a half old, therefore, the battery was incapable of being re-charged at this point. Furthermore, they advised me that Trinity Vista Dermatology was not an authorized retailer for this product and so they would not be providing me with a new product. I called Trinity Vista again and left a message (in my experience, it is rare to get a live person on the phone when you call) and here I am waiting to see if they will provide me a refund for the useless product I bought from their office. You will also have to pay for parking at this location.

I was interested in getting a chemical peel. So I first saw the nurses she was hesitant to do a deep chemical on me because Im Hispanic . She set up an appointment with one of the doctors . Today I saw the doctor he was terrible he suggested me to go back on medication to control my acne which was cool. But I really wanted to first do the chemical peel I asked how much would it be he said 100 he added there has to be something in it for me Im 40,000 in debut with student loans . People think doctors make a lot of money but we dont . All I could think was ? He really doesnt care about me he care about the money he can get from me . Last time I ever go there dont recommended them at all .

Ive been going to Trinity Vista for months now and I love it ! Its a very nice office and the staff is always helpful and polite . Im usually in and out of the office in a reasonable amount of time , great family practice .
