Ive been taking my 5-year-old to Dr. Bates for 3 years and each visit has been great!. What I love about this dentist is: 1. They staff is very courteous. 2. They start appointments on time! Nothing is worse than doctors who always run late with appointments. 3. They are gentle with my daughter. 4. The office is very clean. 5. They have a neat little play area, an aquarium and usually a childrens movie playing to entertain kids while you wait. 6. They allow me to be with my child during the exam and cleaning as most other dental practices dont allow this. 7. The location is great too as it is just 1 minute off the highway. Well definitely be going there for a long time!

This was our very first visit to Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings and we all loved it:) From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is very kid friendly, the staff was courteous and warm. (Everyone we made eye contact with spoke and smiled). The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and our daughter loved the movies playing in the ceiling. Carol, our hygienst, catered to our daughter and told her about every piece of equipment she was using. This practice is THE BEST. I am so happy I asked one of my best friends about where she took her sons to the dentist.

Steer clear of this practice. They participate in unorthodox billing practices and are exceptionally rude and dishonest. Dr. Bates is an excellent dentist but her husband or business manager is horrible to deal with. Its just not worth the aggravation. They are breaking laws and do it without a second thought. I am currently trying to get a clear understanding of what the insurance paid and what I should be billed for. Unfortunately I may have to begin litigation to resolve this matter.

I would give a 10 star rating if it were an option but its not, so 5 stars it is. Keep up the great work you are doing. I always have an amazing experience when bringing my daughter to Dr.Bates and staff. I dont know many children who look forward to going to the dentist, but I can proudly say that mine does. I appreciate everything they do to make her enjoy the experience and feel comfortable.

This dental practice is amazing!! The whole office staff has a love for kids and it shows in how they treat you and your family. Dr. Bates and Dr. Soberano are excellent and focus on great dental health for the kids. My girls actually get excited to go visit the dentist. No joke. They look forward to it. I am picky when it comes to who treats our girls. This practice desrves ten stars!

The office was very nice, with plenty of activities for my toddler during our brief wait for her preventive dental appointment. Each staff member with whom we interacted was pleasant and welcoming. I thought the hygienist and dentist (Dr. Bates) both did a fantastic job of putting my daughter at ease for her first dental visit, as well as explaining their plans to me.

We love Dr. Bates and her staff. They are informed, timely, and teach as they go. They also deal well with handling my sons autism ticks, and his appointments and procedures have always gone smoothly. Great location to South Cobb Drive and I-285, bountiful parking lot. Clean and beautiful office. They accept straight Medicaid (SSI), but unfortunately not Amerigroup.

Whole Dr. Bates and the Dental Hygenist are great, the admin staff is horrible. They are not personable, borderline rude and have no care for working to provide an appointment during a time that will work for my family. When I spoke about trying to find a new pediatric dentist, they had not once oz of care.

Dr Bates had been my daughters dentist for over 8 years and we absolutely love her. Wait times has never been an issue, we get called back immediately or within 5 minutes of checking in. Staff are always friendly and treats the children with such kindness, the office atmosphere is definitely child friendly.

Dr. Bates is such a loving and caring dentist. Both of my children who are autistic go to Dr. Bates and she is so patient with them. The appointments are somewhat stressful for me as a parent, but she makes me feel at ease. Her staff is phenomenal as well!
