If youre looking for a dentist, look elsewhere. My experience has been beyond awful here. The first time I went, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes for my appointment and then another 30 minutes in the exam room only to be told by the dentist that they didnt have time to give me a cleaning because they were closing soon... When I came in for my cleaning today, I got to my appointment 15 minutes early, waited an additional 30 minutes to get into an exam room, then had to wait yet another 15 minutes to get my cleaning done by my oral hygienist only to be told that, if I didnt take off work AGAIN the very next day, I wouldnt be able to be seen until July. Yes. JULY. More than three months later. Are we seeing a trend here? They dont keep their appointments. They dont service their patients, forcing them to come in multiple times for something other dentists could do in one, maybe 2 visits. They waste their patients time. They charge you more than they say your procedure is going to cost (and then AFTER THE FACT tell you the initial price was an "estimate"). And their front staff is just rude. Dont believe me? Call them and see how they answer the phone and answer your questions. Heres a tip - just bypass this office all together and find a different dentist.

My experience was FANtastic! My initial call to the office was met by a warm, welcoming voice. For me, the 1st voice is paramount!!! If the 1st voice fails...thats it - next. I understand we all have bad days, but as a potential patient, long-term or short-term patient, customer, etc... I should not know that. Its called actor/actress mode when life is lemons. Dr. Manning is AWESOME! She will even answer the phone if her staff is too busy. How do I know? It happened to me. Now that is true customer service. Ok, JLM Dentistry dont make me have to change my review...lol. Thanks again!

Lets start with the front desk staff. You call to make an appointment and they screen your chart to see if you should get an appointment. They are not trained dentist and should not be making decisions. Peoples lives could be affected. If it isnt a cleaning or filling they will try to refer you out to another provider. So unprofessional. It is a scam to get you in the door by offering dental implants, and other services but in the end they just do a cleaning and fillings and then refer you out to other providers. I will never refer this office to anyone.

I made an appt. for a teeth cleaning for a Friday at 8:30AM. I took off work and arrived on time to discover the office empty and closed. Never in the days prior did I receive any notice that they had cancelled the appt. While waiting in the parking lot, I called and left a voicemail and emailed. Weeks later no one has still ever called or emailed me to address the issue. I will be taking my business to a reputable practice in the future.

I have been using JLM Dentistry every since she took over the practice. Everyone is very courteous and attentive. Dr Manning is the best. I could using some one else but I drive 45 mins. to go to her office because the way I am treated and how concern about my dental health. Any question I ask are answered to my satisfaction. They treat everyone like family. Everyone is great. Wouldnt use anyone else. Thanks

My first visit was Great Dr. Manning staff provided excellent customer service. The hygienist is AMAZING shes the most gentleness hygienist I have had EVER. They took care of me from the minute I walked in and to top, it off Dr. Manning have an incredible spirit shes the dentist that will make sure you have a beautiful smile and everything you need to accomplish that look.

Its hard to find good customer service these days and Dr Manning and her staff offered the best customer service that I have received in a long time.
