My experience was ok in the beginning and then it turned bad. My daughter had a cleaning. She had to come back and get two fillings. We had to come back to get the filling filed down because they were causing her pain when she would chew. I was told that since my insurance was no longer active that I had to pay for the fillings to get filed down. I complained about it and talked to several people there and they all said I still had to pay. I payed for x-rays and the exam to get the filling filed down. A few weeks later my daughter still complained about the fillings when she chewed. I took her back to get them filed down again. They told me that I had to pay again and I refused to and asked if there was someone else that could straighten the situation out. That person led me to her manager who then said, "oh no, you shouldnt have to pay if you got the fillings here, we will fix it at no charge". I then asked, what about the time I was charged before and she had to ask her manager and she said that because it was from a previous appointment that they could not give me my money back. That was $110 that I could have saved. That is poor customer service and theft. I will not be coming back and I dont recommend anyone else to go there.

My experience here has generally been okay. However I would like to acknowledge one of the dental hygienist that cleaned my daughters teeth. I think her name is Anissa, she was such a pleasant treat. She took the time to explain to my daughter about how to properly brush and floss her teeth. Prior to this, my daughter has been extremely lazy about brushing her teeth, but after Anissa took time with her and talked about the importance of brushing, my daughter has been adamant about brushing/flossing her teeth both day and night (before she would only do it during the week day mornings and never on the weekend). Neither of my kids have ever had this kind of treatment either at this office or any other and I appreciate Anissa, especially when you feel like you are being rushed and moved through the office like a herd of sheep.

If you are ever referred to Childrens dentistry for IV sedation or anything else I highly reccommend that you RUN they are the most incompetent people I have ever met in my life . The ONLY good thing about their company is Yolanda i their call center . She seems to be the only one whom cares for the patients and does everything she can to help you . As for the facility itself they are a complete joke . I have been to THREE of their locations and not ONE time have they ever properly helped my daughter and Ill be damned if I trust them to put my child (with sleep apnea) to sleep and preform surgery on her for hours . If by not doing their job puts my child into any jeopardy for her adilt teeth to come in properly best believe I WILL sue. I have never been so livid

I would give this place a negative 5. If you dont like kids then you should not be working at a pediatric dentist office. My 5yo went there for a filling and 2 hours later no filling. When I was called back into the office my baby was crying, lips and face swollen and there was blood on the bib. She was continuously telling them they was hurting her. Their reply was to tell her if you dont stop crying your mom is going to have to leave. They had the nerve to be upset because she was crying and she would not be still. Wth do you expect when you are hurting her. On the way out they actually asked me to make her appt. to get the fillings next week on the way out, I told them that will not be nessasary cause we will not be back

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, competent, caring, and prompt staff. The services are prompt and timely. There is never a long wait to see a dentist even when the waiting are is packed because the kids are all seen within their appointment time. The staff goes out of their way to speak with you. Theyre friendly to the children. My kids enjoy going there and feel that its a field trip instead of a dentist appointment. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary procedures. They even teach both parents and children on how to take care of their teeth better through regular floss use as well as biannual check ups [coming every six months].

If I could give zero stars I would. My 2 year old son has cavities they did absolutely nothing. They sent us back had a young women look at his teath by opening his mouth. I could do that myself and charged $85 then they referred us for thousands of dollars in work and anesthesia at the sandy springs office and I have another terrible review for that office as well. Unorganized incompetent I do not believe staff have a clue to what they are doing find another dentist run away! !!

I have taken my daughter since she was 4 y.o and now she is 11 y.o. This office is always overcrowded whenever I visit it, however, they have improved their service by hiring more staffs (thats what I see, my waiting time is about 10-15 mins to get my daughter in). They always ask if my daughter and I have concerns about her teeth and very quick to resolve the problems. The dentist are very sweet. And there are games for kids and WiFi. This is why we keep on visiting this office.

Had a great experience at the Austell location. My son started coming to this location in 2007. Yes like all offices it has had it ups and downs but more ups then downs. He is now 18 and has to go to an Adult dentist, but I dont have a bad thing to say about Dentistry for Children. The new manager is Awesome and goes out her way to make sure that the costumer is pleased. Great Job!

The dentist was "Keith Williams" at this location. He was extremely curious and kind. Helped keep my 4 year old daughter calm during her recent exam and procedure. Both of my children have been attending this location since the age of 2. My son is now headed to middle school with no cavities. Thanks for helping my children maintain such beautiful smiles. :)

My little boy went for extraction, they "put " the nutrious gas for only 3 minutes ! Did not even fully apply when they started doing the procedure ! My baby was screaming when I advice them that my son looked in pain in the middle of the procedure they said you take me and leave we can stop now. ....!it was just a HORRIBLE experience will NEVER go back!
