I will write an update on this review, later on when my 74 years old mother finishes her procedure here. Unfortunately, back in May 2017, we didnt choose Cobb Family Dentist first for my moms procedure. Their quote for the job was higher than the practice across the street. Of course, we decided to go the lower cost route. Bad choice!! After two months of dealing with the across-the-street practice on Floyd Rd, the last day of the procedure we were treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully that it brought us to tears. In the distress and confusion of the moment, that same day we decided to go back and try Cobb Family Dentist. I requested, I pleaded for the doctor to see my mom and to help us in any way. The lady at the front desk, without any hesitation, kindly arranged for the doctor to see us. Dr. Swiger and his bilingual assistant Jessica, were so understanding, compassionate and prompt to help us in that stressful situation that it brought us to tears, not of humiliation but of comfort. They started again the treatment for my mom, and we have the hope that it will end well. Until then, I cannot give the 5 stars, not yet.

En mi primer cita di esta calificacion pero que error cometi al calificar tan exelente, puesto que a partir de la Sda. cita fue horrible la atencion personal, perdiendo mi tiempo y mi dinero, luego fui amenazada que si no me salia de la oficina, llamarian la Policia quitandome el derecho de reclamar por mi dentadura y la devolucion de mi dinero. Quisiera saber donde me puedo quejar sobre este atropello. Gracias.

This practice claims to be pediatric practice which would mean they know children. A childs needs are the last things on these peoples minds. If your child doesnt fit the mold they expect you are asked to leave. You cant see what the dentist does to your child because they prohibit the parents presence. They are inflexible and uncaring to say the least. I wonder how a dental farm works for the well being of a child; a room full of children wishing they had the comfort of a parent for a new and uncertain experience. They just care that youre in and out and your opinion is disregarded. So many caring people on the planet and not one here. Choose wisely for your child. Definitely not a FAMILY dentist.

I had been searching for the best Dental care. I found it here. They show great patient service all the time. My appointments are on time, it is very clean, and smells great inside, they are very imformative and really help me improve my dental hygiene. They also give little treats and coupons to help with the cost. DR. Swiger is awesome. Hes abrasive to a lot of new tecniques and he always makes you feel at home. I love all the staff. No complaints. I am happy to be a patient here. I recommend.

I called yesterday to see if I could come in to get a wisdom tooth pulled. Ive had it done before but the experience wasnt good at all so I was really nervous. Coming to this office Shelly and Dr. Swiger really helped calm down my nerves and gave me the best advice. He numbed my mouth really good and when he pulled my tooth I didnt even know it was out. So thank you! I will be returning.

Dr Swiger and his entire staff are AMAZING! I called because I had a tooth that was bothering me, they got me an appointment on short notice and before I knew it I was in the chair having x rays. He recommended we pull the tooth and in no time the tooth that had been bothering me was out. The procedure was quick and painless. I cant thanked them enough for the amazing job they did.
