From the moment I walked into the office, the entire staff was so pleasant, polite, and helpful. I filled out paperwork, was taken back to my appointment on time, and had a fantastic experience with Laura Waters NP. She answered all my questions thoroughly, really made an effort to get to know me and tell me all about the practice, and didnt leave the room until I had all my concerns and questions addressed. Throughout the entire experience I didnt feel rushed or as if she had someplace better to be, and I truly appreciated the care and attention. Laura called me back just a few days later with lab results -- I didnt have to talk to a technician or admin staff -- I was able to speak directly with my provider, which was a very big change compared to my other physician experiences. I couldnt be happier to have found such a wonderful group in Denver and recommend this group, particularly Laura, to anyone who is looking for an excellent OBGYN!

I tend to agree with the previous reviewers as of late. The Office Manager, Cassie, is terribly rude and did not send a request to my doctor nor provide a follow-up call regarding a billing concern. When I called back after a month of waiting, she indicated that the doctor was never informed of my request and she also had not looked into my billing matter. This is all terribly unfortunate as I found my doctor to be a top notch professional. If only the Office Manager could embrace the individuals that surround her, patients would not be leaving and seeking services elsewhere due to overall poor office management. I found a different healthcare provider after 3 years of receiving services from the doctors at Metro OB/GYN as a direct result of my awful experience with their office management.

Never had problems with the practice until after I had my baby. I had an IUD inserted and started bleeding. I went back in a week later for an ultrasound to make sure everything was ok. Turns out they inserted the IUD incorrectly (luckily the bleeding was just my first period after having my baby). I went from the ultrasound into the exam room and had it removed. A couple weeks later (I didnt have insurance at the time) I get a bill for the office visit ($137), ultrasound ($376) and removal of the device ($284) they inserted incorrectly. Called them as I figured I shouldnt have to pay for their mistake. I was treated like I was an idiot and made to pay the entire bill. I went to this practice for many years before this and never expected that they would be so unfair and unprofessional.

first time that i went in the doctor mad ea comment about my belly button and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I thougt if this is what your saying about my belly button what are you going to say when i give birth. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY NICE. i didnt know i was having contractions, so i called and the doctor told me to take a tylenol. but after 3 days of horrible pain i went in and i was 2 cm dilated. Even though i was 2 weeks away from my due date, the doctor didnt even prepare me or help me make a birth plan. i was never given information on what not to eat, what to eat, what to do what not to do or even what was going to happen or how i was going to feel each month. I would try another place.

This is my first pregnancy and so far all the providers Ive seen (Bevan, Prouse, Alexandrovic and Waters) are incredible! I have to give a special shout out to Laura Waters, NP for her compassionate, personal and thorough care today though. She answered all my questions and I never felt like she was rushed or needed to be somewhere else. She was genuinely excited about my daughters arrival and called her by her first name. It felt like I was talking to a friend. In all honesty, I was feeling pretty blah today (Im 38 weeks pregnant and getting uncomfortable by the minute) but she was exactly who I needed to see. I left feeling calm, encouraged and more ready to deliver.

So, so poorly managed. Its a shame too because I really like my doctor. However, things are never running on schedule, my prescriptions werent called in on time, lab results were never relayed, they dont have the proper machines so you have to make separate appointments for certain lab work and ultrasounds. They seemed to be grossly over booked so if youre more than 5 mintues late, theyre forced to give away your apointment away. Ive spoken with other women who also left because of similar problems. If youre thinking of this practice- Id look elsewhere.

I have been going to Metropolitan OB/GYN For over 15 years and I would never change Them for anyone else. The entire staff is very courteous and professional. Love all the doctors, but Dr. Parchment is my number one.She is very exceptional, never in a hurry. She will take time out to listen to your questions and concerns. I was seen by Dr. Peace for the second time, and I must say shes very professional and friendly. I would refer them with confidence and dignity to anyone. Keep up the good work. Love you all.

Im a new mom, so just spent the last 9 months visiting Metro OBGYN and Dr Bevan A LOT. I cant say enough good stuff about my experience. Dr. Bevan and her 4 fellow docs are all great. I had a good experience with all staff (shout out to Nikki), and really like the online patient portal they use: it posts lab results quickly, allows you to double check Appts and other vitals, and even allows you to email with your doc. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone planning to get pregnant.

Absolutely appalled with this office. I took off of work and schedule to go in to get something done almost a month in advance. Then they call me saying they have a "scheduling conflict" and they cant do my appt. and want to reschedule me in December. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for a office to take out their inability to properly schedule appointments on me and what I needed to get done. Do not recommend and will never go back to this office

Dr. Kelly Moore is phenomenal! I went to her for a second opinion and she took the time to review all tests I already had done with a different doctor. She moved fast with her recommendation for surgery (exploratory) in order to diagnose me, NOT just treat my symptoms. Her team at Metropolitan are wonderful with proactively communicating updates and keeping me in the loop! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Moore, and the Metropolitan group.

Dr. Alexandrovich is the most badass doctor in the world. She is knowledgable, honest, unbiased, and a genuinely cool person that I would love to get a beer with if that wouldnt be a weird thing to propose during a pelvic exam. Truly my favorite doctor I have ever seen, in fact the only doctor about whom I have ever had a strong personal opinion. And my opinion is that she is the best.

I used to love this practice. Not anymore. I feel discriminated against, my choices and beliefs were challenged by this practice, and that doesnt feel right. A doctors office should be a safe space, not a place you feel judged for asking questions. And when I asked for a referral to a different OB, no one called me back. Very very disappointed in this business practices and ethics.
