The front desk staff needs to be FIRED! I have never wrote a review for any business online before, but their poor customer service has motivated me to do so. I get a monthly perscriptions from my doctor. Every month I call in to get the front desk to print it off and get my doctors signature. I have been going to them for the past year or so and i am finally fed up: Every single time I called in i was immediately put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Usually I was either disconnected or answered and put on hold again. When ever my call would make it through, they would take my request and then I would have to wait at least 48 hours for them to get my doctors signature. This was fine since i could plan ahead except for when they would forget to put in the request --which happened twice. In those cases I had to call again and wait another 48 hours. I have also had to give them my patient information 3 times. I can put up with alot since I work in the customer service industry, but their latest screw up just tipped me over the edge... they gave me a perscription that was 4 months expired! Also note that there are other reasons I dont recommend them, but these are the main ones. Hope this helps!

I made my first appointment and had to call to re-schedule, (prior to the appointment, I was not a "no-show"). The woman on the phone said she would not be able to "establish care" if I cancelled my first appointment. I was so shocked that I had to clarify by asking, "Are you saying I cant re-schedule ever, if I dont come today?" Yes, thats what she meant; she stated that was their policy. ...As a professional in a service-based inudstry, I am speechless at the lack of professionalism this policy exhibits. In todays day and age, women work and have careers and children and lives and things just come up. I even tried to do the polite thing and rescheduled my appointment with advance notice. I even let the woman know i was re-scheduling for a family emergency. That did not matter. I am actually now glad I avoided this place. If this was the level of service I received PRIOR to my first visit, I cant imagine the nightmare it would have been to actually be a patient. This is very, very disappointing Englewood Family Physicians. I have lost any respect for your practice.

Ive been a patient at Englewood Family Physicians for about 5 years. Tara is fantistic, and the first physician I have connected and felt comfortable with. Unfortunately, since this office was sold to Health One, their level of customer service has declined tremendously. Their phone system is awful (they have acknowledged and apologized for this but no improvement has been made), their wait times in the office are atrocious (who has 40 minutes to wait for an appointment?), and while waiting for my name to be called I heard a woman snap at a patient on the phone. Sadly, I am not sure that the positives Tara brings to this practice outweigh the negatives, and I will most likely be looking for a new physicians office. And I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, organized, attentive health care. Health One, get your act together.

My husband and my son go to this clinic for regular visits. I have never been too impressed with their method of doctoring, because the doctors look at their computer screen more than my child. Furthermore, the doctor makes sure that patients understand that their office is COMPLETELY electronic (like its flattering or something), but when I call in to get an email address to send a care plan to the doctor for specifics and signatures, the receptionist tells me that they do not have any way to receive emails. The only way to receive forms is via fax. Oh, thats SO convenient since everyone has fax machines in their house. In this day-in-age, its completely ridiculous that a place of business doesnt have a single email address to receive forms from patients through. Englewood Family Physicians level of professionalism just dropped, in my book.

This was one of the best places to go..however their customer service has declined so significantly that I wonder how they are still in business or have any patients. The call wait times are ridiculous, I have made 4 attempts each waiting on hold for 30 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. . On a normal day-- Its a minimal 15 minute wait for them to answer the phone, the MAs dont follow through on tasks that are part of their job such as sending prescriptions, returning phone calls, follow-ups. Very disappointing. Ann the office manager is a joke, she has no clue what she is doing ... Which is unfortunate because Tara is amazing however its not worth going through the front desk and 30 minute hold time for an appointment.

Terrible! The Wait just to be answered on the phone is a Lifetime. They are rude and very un informed. Oh, and they Automatically ASSUME when you are a younger person calling that you Have Govt. Insurance. Im not a teenager or young adult, Im almost 30!! Well since they wanted to be Rude and Just ASSUME and act rudely, even though I have private insurance and have for Years. I just took My Business and Money and went else where. No wonder they have such awful reviews. If thats how you treat people who call to Try to be seen then Ill gladly Never come back here. I Used to go here All the time when I needed to go the Drs. Theyve gone down hill. I would Recommend going anywhere else But here!!

Couldnt agree with the last review more - Ive been going to this physicians office for 7 years with no problems until now, and Im sure its because they went corporate. I had an x-ray done on my neck OVER A MONTH AGO and have yet to get results - but i definitely got the bill! I tried calling a dozen times and sat on hold until I gave up. The two times I finally spoke with a person, they said they would call back (and didnt) or said that they didnt have authority to access the records and to call back. I called billing: they couldnt help. I had to go in person and demand results!!! Youre better off using WebMD hahaha. But for reals...

I have been with Englewood Family Physicians for several years and I am very impressed. Tara OConnor and Dr. Persoff (the only two I have seen) are excellent. My experience has always been positive. From the front office staff who always smile when you walk in, to the provider who takes the time to listen. I give 5 stars all the way. The new online access to records and communication...well how can you improve on perfection. Englewood Family Physicians did it. Well done.

I have gone to see Dr. Jean Greos for many years and she continues to be just as human and real as can be. She is very professional, thorough, clear, and always gives me great advice on the practical things I can work on in improving my health and well being. The office staff are very kind, efficient, and quick and I appreciate the nice manner in which they take me in to account.

I have been going to this practice for many years. Im thrilled with recent changes such as making online appointments and being able to access my health records online. But dont worry, despite the technology updates you will still have a very human experience. Tara OConner is my NP, and she is wonderful.
