My right foot was crushed in an on-the-job injury, requiring multiple surgeries over 27 years. Dr. Barolat was not my original surgeon. But he has done magnificent work on me since taking over my case. I have found that Dr. Barolat, Justin and the staff are like family to me. Im sure its not just me that feels this way. It really is important to have a good relationship with your surgeon, especially when he is going to follow you for a long time after surgery. Neurosurgery is unlike most other types of surgeries where body parts are either taken out or repaired. In my case, Reflex Sympathetic Dystropy (RSD), or now called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), uses the nervous system to cancel the pain signal coming from my right foot and right knee before it gets to my brain. Without this, I would not be able to function on a daily basis, due to Chronic Pain. I would have no problems referring Dr. Barolat, Justin and the staff to anyone who was contemplating similar surgery for relief of chronic pain.

I started as a patient with Dr.Barolat and Justin Call P.A. In April of 2016 recommended by Dr. Haley Burke on the outstanding work they do and are able to accomplish. I had a Nevro spine stim unit placed in May. I have suffered with extreme lower back pain since 2004. Only after having the stim unit placed have I finally been able to have relief. Dr. Barolat and Justin Call are two of the most understanding, caring and compassionate professionals Ive ever meet. I have been a paramedic for over 25 years and they are both miles ahead of most health care providers. I would recommend Barolat Neuroscience to anyone in the world. Dr. Barolat and his staff are fantastic! Dr. B was able to give me my life back!!!! He placed 2 stimulators to help relieve 95% of my pain. He treats his patients like family and goes above and beyond the call of duty! I will be forever grateful for his help!
