Awful, just awful. The list of complaints I have in regard to this doctor is quite lengthy but the most relevant, in my opinion, is simply the fact that she is largely uninterested in the welfare of her clients progress. My experience is that the only care she actually provides is in the form of medication, which is fine if thats what youre looking for. She books 15 minute appointments for $165 and up and youll be lucky to spend 10 minutes speaking with her. In my interactions with her, Ive just been met with a condescending attitude and general disinterest in my welfare. She is clearly more concerned with her bank account than with her patients. I say this not only because of the service I received but beause Ive not only arrived to find her overbooked with a full waiting room but also because I specifically asked her for a referral to some kind of therapist/counselor twice (because she has no interest in providing actual therapy) and both times I was blown off. Im assuming its because if I were to find a counselor, there would be a chance Id no longer need her. I deeply regret the few months I tried to overlook her shortcomings as a physician, thinking it may get better, and I have now found another much more qualified doctor that is willing to actually provide the care he advertises, which is what I should have done after my first appointment with Dr. Ross. Save yourself some time and money by avoiding her all together, I sure wish I had.

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Ross simply because I did not meet her. However, based on the unpleasant and unhelpful conversation I had with her secretary, I made the decision to seek help elsewhere. The topics of medications and mental illness are very sensistive, and I felt as if this secretary overlooked my need for help by asking for the reason of my call and quickly following up my personal answer by telling me I could not book an appointment so far in advance. I did not realize that 3 weeks was so far in advance. I felt exposed and somewhat unimportant as a potentional new client. I was left with no appointment and a cross off my list of doctors. Again, this review is not based on the services of Dr. Ross, as I only wished to receive them as I give the practice credit for returning my call. But I did make a judgement call and decided to continue searching for a more client-based practice.

I am sure at one time, Dr. Ross was enthusiatic and liked what she did. However, my experience with her was HORRIBLE. She is cold, condenscending and only interested in collecting your money. She has no desire to listern to why you are there and it is VERY CLEAR she tries to cram as many patients in a day as she can. Her website show her books, credentials and is impressive, what a huge disappointment when you actually meet her. The only positive experience I had was with Sarah, who handles her appointments. Since she cannot remove this review, she will reply that she is sorry we were not a good fit and hopes I found another MD, dont be fooled, she is simply trying to do damage control. I suggest you find another MD.

HELLO DR ROSS MY NAME IS AHMAD I WAS IN GOOGLE LOOKING FOR DOCTOR TO HELP ME WITH MY PAIN AND MEDICINE SO I SEE YOUR VIDEO I WAS VERY IMPRESED. I CALLED YOUR OFFICE AND NO BODY ANSWERED THE PHONE SO I LEFT MASSAGE TWO HOURS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM SARA, I ASKED HER IF I NEEDED TO GET APPOINTMENT TO COME SEE DR ROSS, SHE TOLD ME I HAVE BE ON SOBOXONE OR SHE CAN NOT SEE ME AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I CALL HER BACK AND I LEFT MASSAGE "YOU CAN NOT HANG UP ON A PATIENT" SHE CALL BACK WITH BLOCK NUMBER SAYING "SORRY THE PHONE GOT DISCONNECT", SHE WAS LYING AND REPEAT SAME STUFF AGAIN. Having Dr. Ross in my life has been a blessing. Some may take her as being short or even mean however I would have to disagree. Yes, Dr. Ross is firm only because she is looking out for her patients and her practice. I have been able to open up to her and talk about things that I never thought I would. Her appointments are easy to make and easy to get to and I will continue to see her as long as she will see me. Thank you Dr. Ross for everything you have done for me. I also wanted to add how awesome it is to see Lakisha (SP?) back in the office. She is wonderful!!

Dr. Ross is amazing and is by far the most engaged and sincere physician that I have ever been treated by. Through what is typically a very challenging experience, Dr. Ross made sure that she was supportive and honest with me. I think she strikes the perfect balance between fairness/firmness, which is a necessity in her profession, and genuine support and care. If you are seeking treatment, go see Dr. Ross and your chance of success will be immeasurably higher.

The worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. The ridiculously high pricing was not explained upfront. She used our five minute "consultation" to enforce her moral superiority , wrote me a script and scheduled an appointment for the next week , after which I would have to go the week after that for a grand total of about $700 for one months worth of prescriptions and forty minutes of her time. Ive seen many doctors in my time, none as amazing at Dr. Ross. She makes herself available to me, answers my email and phone calls in a very timely manner and is a wonderful person to speak with. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Ross because shes THAT great! When I had moved to California for a year, I stayed with Dr. Ross because I wanted to continue having a 5-star medical experience.

Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor. Shes professional but not cold or unfriendly. She was very honest with me and very easy to talk to. Shes one of the only doctors that I would like to have as a friend. The only reason I stopped seeing her is because my coverage stopped but as soon as Im covered again she will be the first doctor I re-establish my treatment with.

Dr. Ross is very honest, upfront, and sincere she has been an amazing doctor over the 2 &1/2 years Ive been Seeing her. People complaining of the pricing must not understand you cant put a price on health and wellness.
