I love the entire practice. The office staff really care about the patients. Everyone has experienced being treated like they dont matter,well at this practice everyone matters. The medical staff listen.( yes folks they have doctors who actually listen to patients.) They help solve medical concerns not just rush you out the door. I have been trying to figure out why my daughter was getting progressively sicker every year. I was frustrated because I had tried to figure this out with the help of doctors, naturopaths and years of private research. My brother and husband are terminal so I was highly motivated to find out what was wrong with my daughter. Bev Sesters, a Nurse Practioner helped me find out my daughter had extreme allergies. She feels better than she has in years. No one in 15 years has ever come up with any answers. If you need compassionate smart people who will listen then go to these folks. I have been to several office in the Mt. View group and this group is far and away the best. I hope this is helpful.

I truly love this place. I have always had the best experience here with myself and both my kids. My daughter was patient of Dr. bullock until she relocated. after my son was born he and my daughter started seeing nurse practitioner Laura Fitz. Let me clarify that I have dealt with a doctor or two in this practice that are very offish and dry. Zero bedside manner in my humble opinion. However, that should not affect the overall for this place. The receptionists are all very friendy and polite and nurse Fitz has the most amazing bedside manner I have ever experienced in 30+ years of doctors. She knows how to work with children and adults in such a seamless way. I change my primary care to her after one appointment watching her deal with both my little ones (they are very "active" and talkative lol). she doesnt have any issue with sitting down on the floor with a child who is afraid of the tables or more interested in the toys in the rooms.I really cant say enough nice things about NP Fitz and the front office team. Love them.

Rude and Insulting experience with Dr. Victoria Mallon!!! I saw Dr. Victoria Mallon of the Mountain View Medical group in September of 2012. The appointment was for a routine physical. The office was well appointed and the lobby staff seemed friendly. My first impression of Dr. Mallon was favorable and I thought I may have found my new primary care doctor. However, I was offended when she asked me if I had ever been a prostitute. Apparently, Dr. Mallon thinks one of the routine questions during the exam is “do you have sex for money? I felt as if she was making assumptions because of my appearance and national origin. I do not recommend her.

I have seen pretty much every doctor and NP there. I loved everyone of them. Of course I try to see Dr. Hurst first as he was the one who initially took care of me but all of them are very caring and very helpful. At the end of every visit they always say if you need anything at all call, anytime I call they always get back to me promptly and even the front girls give me comfort and make me feel as though Im the most important patient. Thank you MVMG!

I found Dr. Mallon terrific. She did not hurry through my appointment, she answered my questions outside of why I was there, suggested best plan for me. The Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Fitts, noticed more than what I told her about and offered emotional support along with treatment. My husbands doctor retired and he switched to Dr. Mallon. We are happy with them.

I have been a patient of Dr.Mallon for 3 1/2 years my experience has been that she has been kind thorough and just and all around great doctor. The office staff are very friendly and remember me by name. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a PCP in the Springs also the other providers I have seen are great too

I have seen Dr. Hurst, Dr. Mallon, and NP Fitts. All of them are wonderful and very caring. They are always so thoughtful and if they dont have an answer they will get you one right away. They have always made my family feel extremely comfortable and cared for.

I would say it depends on the Dr. They had one in there who is now gone who forced me to change to another physician for several reasons. Dr Hurst is my primary now and has been since hes been there. Hes great...so Id request to see him.
