This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. I was greeted by the from desk with a smile and felt welcomed. This staff looks like they want to be at work and genuinely like helping people. The wait time was timely. Only about 15 minutes. When compared with other urgent cares, thats great. Now to the patient care part. Khushboo Patel, PA is one of the best PAs Ive ever seen (aside from my wife, who is also a PA haha). Took the time to listen to me and seemed interested in my symptoms and reason for being there. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who would like to be treated with respect and kindness. If I was not moving away, I would make this my primary urgent care. John

Incredible Experience. Dr. Samia is by far the nicest doctors I ever met. He and his team were perfect match for our needs during the green card application. We had to travel and they worked overtime and diligently to accommodate the visits with our tight travel plans. We went there (my wife and I) to get the medical checkup/testing required by the green card application. Everything went smoothly and they were the more affordable we found around and the most efficient. Definitely a 5 star (if I could I would give a 10!). Strongly recommend to anyone who needs the green card visit done accurately, professionally and in a timely.affordable manner

Avoid this place if you can. Every time I went there, I felt they would trip me with some money. The doctor is a "civil surgeon", so he can do immigration medical exam. They would make you do the blood test first before taking the vaccine shots, so they can charge you for both. Do it with your primary would save you hundreds. If you had an exam with them, go pick up the form yourself. Because every time I called them, I was told that my form would be mailed out the same day, still the form was not sent out for some reason. The nurse would just say "oh sorry, I dont know why but the form didnt get mailed..." as if that solved everything.

Dr was fine. Didnt do anything except tell me my foot looked broken and referrer me to a specialist. My foot was fine. Hint: just go to the specialist first. Anyway, paid and left. Go forward almost 2 months later and I get a call: "our records say you didnt pay". After discussing it the woman she admitted their systems had problems but no matter, it was mine now: I have to find the receipt and fax it to them. Had to call up the credit card company and get a receipt to them because they said they would make me pay again if I didnt. Nothing wrong with anyone there -- just poorly run and seriously, this is NOT how you do business.

A visit to the Dr. is usually something I dread, but when I visited Medfirst for a recent illness, everyone I encountered from the time I checked in to the time I checked out was courteous and helpful. My wait was less than 10 minutes (I was shocked when they called me back so soon considering they were busy) and I only waited an additional 10 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. I saw Dr. Samia during my visit and he was very personable and asked me about my family, I felt right at home! Id definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Great Staff, and Excellent doctor! I have been a client of Medfirst since 2008. I never had a bad experience there. I did several vaccinations there as well as my yearly routine checkups. It is my go to place every time i got sick. I always knew i will be greeted with warm smiles and a knowledgeable staff. They always offered to educate me on every procedure i was doing. They take very good care of their patients as if they were family. Kudos to Dr. Samia and his wonderful team!

Best LHI contracted PHA ever!!! Very nice!!! Treated me with respect and dignity!! I drove up from Fayetteville to avoid poor treatment and it was well worth the drive!! They had me in and out in less then an hour!!! I highly recommend this office for all your physical health assessments!!! I just cant speak highly enough about this amazing staff!!!

I rep attempted to charge me $310 for my service and they when I question her she placed $100 back on my card. I contacted my insurance who stated I was only supposed to pay $125 for the service. Its really sad how people try to get over. Medical coverage is expensive enough. I have been waiting for a refund for four months now

After waiting for 45 minutes (I had an appointment) Dr Samia refused to treat me after I asked for a photocopy of the privacy agreement that I had already signed. I dont know what to make of this but it seems very suspicious to me.... I would suggest that you go somewhere else.
