In general I really dont like to be the kind of person that leaves a bad review, but this place needs to get its act together. To start things off I was referred over here by my surgeon to get an MRI after breaking my thumb. The doctor also believed I had torn a ligament so we needed to get it checked out. After waiting over a week I finally got in. Whichever girls were working the front desk in the morning were incredibly rude and didnt seem to have much interest in helping clients. They also told me the whole MRI procedure would only take about 30-45 minutes. It took just shy of two hours.. when I came out of the MRI machine they already had another client they were getting onto the table before I even had time to get my shoes on and leave the room. The icing on the cake, and the main reason I am leaving a 1 star review though is, I received a call from Kim saying that the Techs had imaged my finger and not my broken thumb(not sure how that mistake happens..) and I would need to come back to do another MRI. I understand mistakes happen, but it seems a bit ridiculous. My word of advice is find an office that focuses more on customer care and service than trying to rush as many customers through their door as possible.

This is the nicest spa Ive ever been to...reminds me of Scottsdale. ;-) But seriously, this place couldnt be any cozier or more comfortable and the people are fantastic. Lets put it this way, my appointment is over, but Im still hanging out in the main waiting room eating fresh baked cookies and sipping gourmet coffee, on this awesome leather sofa, watching a flat screen. I would stay here all day if I could.

Ive been to this location several times and each time thery are extremely nice and helpful this is the only place I will go to get my xray and m.r.is done there amazing !!!!!!!!!!!
