Excellent care from Dr. D. Going into the office I love the fact that not only does the Dr. care but all the staff are very caring. The office as a whole runs well together and they all care very much for each pt. and thier needs.All the staff always has smiles for everyone, very flexible hours and great choices for glasses.Dr. D and the staff treat everyone like family. I feel very comfortable sending all of my family and friends to Dr. D and staff. I have been in the healthcare field for 30 years and would use no one else. Dr. D. saved my daughter Colleens vision and was knowledgable enough to send her to Wills Eye Institute in Philly for a serious cornea infection. Colleen has minimal vision loss thanks to his quick thinking and constant monitoring of Dr. D. At this scarey time the office staff was very supportive and helped my not panic. They are all PRICELESS!

I dont know if I love this place more because of the selection or the service. Both are really impressive. They have a doctor on site who takes the time to make sure you have the right eye exam. I went there on my lunch break with my family and we were in a hurry. I had my exam (I had made an appointment) and I subsequently went ahead and started trying on glasses. The employees there are so good at what they do. I found too many options and had a hard time narrowing down to a choice that I can really be happy with. They helped me so thoroughly, and were so incredibly patient with me. They successfully got me matched up with the perfect pair of glasses and it was ready for pick up within a week. The whole visit took exactly an hour. I was so pleased. this definitely is THE one-stop-shop.

I can proudly say I finally own a pair of glasses I truly love! Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for almost 15 years now and Ive never really loved any pair Ive owned... but for once I am thrilled about my glasses! This place offers a wide variety of glasses that are way more unique and not your typical frames. They have great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. So many choices and we picked the best one. Ive been on a hunt for a pair of glasses for a good six months now and every time I walked into a store, no one helped me to pick out something. This place it the best place to go to and they accepted VSP. Overall an awesome experience and would totally come back to buy a nice pair of sunglasses next. Hopefully these babies will last for years!

We brought our family mind you there are six of us, and they carefully went through exams for each one of us. Some of us got glasses some of us got contacts and a few of us got a second pair. Customer service was extraordinary they had well-staffed people attending to us and individualized attention. For some of us he actually tested us twice to ensure that we got the right script. Explain what was covered with insurance and what was not covered with insurance and we all walked out of there with great deals because I have really bad insurance. Everybody is extremely happy with their glasses and contacts, and that was 4 months ago that we were fitted. We are setting up a new appointment very soon for the new year and I would highly recommend them.

Not sure if its spelled Kathy or Cathy, but she was absolutely phenomenal. She worked with us in getting an emergency appointment for my wife on 12/31 in 15 minutes despite not having us in their system. That shows the how much they value their patients and patient health. Even if werent their client, we are now and will be for the rest of lives. Thank you Monroe Vision for hiring such a wonderful person.
