Some of the ladys in the front and back are rude,the Chinese lady in optical never give eye to eye contact, never say hi or good afternoon, and some of the Spanish lady in back are kind of sassy meaning talk back,not polite,Ive been coming to this store for 4_5 years and the best experience was the older blond lady,very nice,wish she was still their,eye know that this store service ppl that are on welfare but thats no reasons to treat ppl wrong or not respect another person @ all,the doctors are outstanding.ppl are not working these day,they have enough I there plate,dont make it worse than it is,just b polite!!!, it will go along way. Thank You for leanding your ear.Good Day

I started going to Family Vision Care in the 90s. I dont have a strong prescription, but I do have an odd one. And due to moving and not being in the area for a while, I was forced to go to other optometrists, and the prescriptions were never quite right, and always left my vision a little fuzzy. Once I moved back to the area, it was a no brainer as to what optometrist I would go to. Dr. Sethi! The staff is great, the service wonderful, and the prescription...ahhhh just right!

Dr. Sethi saw me at 4pm after I called at 3:40 with an eye issue on a Friday. It turned out to be a bigger issue and went to Wills Eye where she took a call from the doctor there (while it was her day off). She followed up the next day to make sure my eye was getting better. Havent had this high touch experience at a doctor office in a while. If youre reading these reviews to decide, just come.

The Islam

It takes 2 weeks to get your glasses done. Worst place ever. Dont go its a waste of time and money.
