What a terrible experience. I saw the Dr. and upgraded the consult to their highest level of service. Order 3 pairs of glasses with every add-on available. Received the glasses and pair #1 and my vision is worse than with no glasses. #2 & #3 are different and all worse than my old glasses.... Here is where it gets good. I call as soon as I get home and inform them that my glasses are as stated above and I am told to where them for a week and my eyes will get used to them. When I push back on that idea I am offered an appointment for a week later to come in. I come in for my scheduled appointment and they dont have me on the schedule. They "check" the glasses and tell me they are all the same { I dont need to be a Dr to know that when I where #1 my vision is worse than no glasses and #2 & #3 are different but not like my old glasses. Place is ran so poorly no clue how to run a business. And to know surprise the Dr not only cant run a business well, cant write the correct prescription but also tried hitting on my wife during her consultation. What an unprofessional joke this place is. Stay far, far away!

These doctors are great , it is a family owned business and they DO know what they are doing.. I have changed my present eye doctor and brought my two children into to see Dr Beyer in their Millstone Office. The staff was friendly, professional and the Doctor was very accurate with my sons and daughters eye exam and prescription. They checked their eyes so carefully, used advanced equipment , and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. The poor review from the guy that posted is so far off the mark! I would not consider his statements because their service is the BEST. Dr Beyer is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous doctor . I was treated with great respect and highly recommend their services. The Best optometrist and a caring family environment.

If you have insurance, check with them to see if they will accept it before you walk in the door. I have insurance - they are listed on my providers website. However - I had my eye exam elsewhere. I walked in to get glasses, and when I told them this, they said they would only take my insurance for glasses if I was actually a patient who had an exam there. It is their office policy, so even though they are listed as a provider for my insurance, they said it was too difficult to work with me just for glasses. A caution to others on this service provider.

We have been patients of Dr. Beyer for about 30 years. Recently, I required an emergency appointment, the doctors and staff were very accommodating. As always, the doctors are excellent and pleasant, the staff are very efficient and friendly. The office is always charming and comfortable and the practice is kept up to date with technology and equipment and with a.nice selection of eye wear. Our experience has always been the best. I highly recommend this practice for all ages.

Ive gone to many eye doctors in the past, but I must say the experience I had @ the Jackson location was the best ever. The moment I made the appointment, walked in the door and sat in the chair, let me know Id just found my eye doctor for life for myself and my family. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The Doctor took the time to explain what he was doing, I never felt rushed. I recommend Beyer Eye to everyone.

My husband suffered a chemical burn on his eye and needed treatment quickly to stop the pain he was experiencing. Dr. Beyer and his staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way at the end of the day to arrange an appointment within minutes. Wonderful!! I have seen all three Drs Beyer and they are wonderful. When you go there its like visiting family.( I am usually get nervous at the doctors) The prices are incredible. Large selection of frames. I had an emergent situation and they took me right away. Thank You!!
