DR> KIRKLANDS TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOURS!!! I called and scheduled an appointment as a new patient, I had to wait about two months to get in and planned my life accordingly. I actually needed to see another the same day for a follow up and cancelled that appointment to make sure I could get in to riverside Dental. Lucinda had tried to call me to confirm, I returned her call at 3:10 pm the day before my appointment and was told " W gave you a time limit and now we have cancelled your appointment and given it to someone on our cancellation list." Apparently Riverside Dental thinks their time is more valuable than mine or yours I was then treated as though they did not care at all and how dare I be upset.

I have had much dental work done by many dentist over the course of my life and Dr. Kirkland, Riverside Dental is by far the professional that I have the most confidence, comfort and sense of security in. Its a relief to find a dentist that not only uses the latest technology, is contentious about my level comfort, but also has high ethical standards of practice. I trust Dr. Kirkland and I recommend him often. -Stacy

Dr. Kirkland= AMAZING! I have suffered through a few traumtic dental experiences at other offices and sitting in Dr. Kirklands chair is a relief.
