I was genuinely impressed with Dr. Ro and his staff. My visit was THE best dental experience Ive encountered. They were very thorough and fantastic at taking the time to explain everything to me in detail about what was going on during cleaning and exam. I have to give them kudos for letting me indulge in my guilty pleasure of watching the trashy Kardashians while my teeth were being cleaned by their friendly and kind hygienist, who was an absolute pleasure and very gentle. Upon viewing my x-rays, Dr. Ro noticed something that he thought needed to be addressed and sent my x-rays over to a colleague for a second opinion. Dr. Ro got back to me the next day and reassured me that everything was fine, he just wanted to be sure there was nothing going on. I am thankful for such a quick response, something you rarely get in the medical/dental field. I highly recommend Dr. Ro and his staff for your dental needs!

Dr. Ro was recommended to me by a friend and gave me a glowing review about his experience in Dr. Ros office. I set up an appointment and the review I got from my friend was spot on. Fast, friendly, and professional. Ive never had to wait for an appointment. If your appointment is at 10:30, youll be seen at 10:30. The office staff is very friendly and took the time to explain all of the procedures and insurance costs and coverages. Dr. Ro also sat down with me to walk me through all of the procedures and any of my concerns. I never felt rushed or that I was just another patient. As far as the procedures themselves, Dr. Ro conducts himself in a very professional and friendly manner, always cool and calm and knows exactly what hes doing. His assistants are are highly experienced as well and they work well together. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ro and his staff to anyone.

Wow! What else can I say about Dr Ro and his staff! They are awesome! Dr Ro is the best dentist I have ever been to. I travel all over the United States with my husband and kids, so Ive seen a lot of dentists. His staff knows our insurance perfectly and they are friendly and always go above to help you. Dr Ro has an awesome bed side manner and makes you feel comfortable, at ease, and explains everything in detail as he goes along. He was great with my kids. The crown he put on I love! It fits well looks great and he took his time putting it in to make sure it looks great! What I love most about him is hes not one of those dentist that say you need all this stuff done that you dont! He makes you apart of the dental plan. I wish I could take them all with me when I move or was moving somewhere close so I could drive and use him again! Thanks Dr Ro and staff for the awesome experience!!

Dr. Ro and his support staff really impressed me. Its been one week since my initial visit to undergo a root canal and Ive had an opportunity to reflect on my experience. The staff was genuine, knowledgeable, casual and professional. Though everyone was busy, I never felt rushed- quite the contrary. It was apparent that each person, including Dr. Ro, was concerned with making me comfortable and clearly explained each procedure with full details and pertaining options. The environment set throughout the facility was most impressive. The tools and manner in which Dr. Ro works in no way feels antiquated. His technique was gentle and thoughtful. He used tools and gadgets Ive never experienced before to make my root canal run seamlessly; a testament to him going the extra mile. The exchange and work is first-class. I highly recommend Dr. Ro and this facility to others.

Dr. Ro and his staff are hands down the best reason to come to this dentistry. They are a super friendly bunch of people and make me feel welcome every time I visit. If you are a nervous about a procedure they are super understanding and put you right at ease. I just had a tooth extraction and a filling done yesterday. I am in absolutely NO pain today and I can finally, for the first time in a long time, drink drink and enjoy an ice cold beverage without even a hint of discomfort. I look forward to the rest of my visits. Thank you very much for giving me my smile back everyone!! Big shout out to my dental hygienist Chris. He doesnt get pleasure out of giving people pain, like other dental hygienist Ive been to in the past.

My experience with Eastside Dental Care clinic and Dr. Ro has been exceptional. This clinic has cutting-edge technology to diagnose and treat patients. The place is clean and well equipped. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Setting up appointments is easy and they send patients text reminders for upcoming appointments which is helpful when you are busy and rely on reminders to keep your scheduled treatment dates. Dr. Ro is very knowledgeable, his consultation is thorough and his work is impeccable. He makes patients feel at ease and the many procedures he performed on me were virtually painless. The best experience at a dentist ever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ro for 5 years and it has been a very pleasant experience. Dr. Ro did my crown and a couple of fillings and he was very patient, thorough and clean. Nothing was rushed and was explained to me step by step. Now, I go twice a year for my teeth cleaning and Celeste is great at what she does. She makes sure you are comfortable and gives you time to breath while cleaning your teeth. :0) The staff as well is amazing and your appointment is right on time. Of all the dentists I have been before in the past, he is by far the greatest and will not change him in a lifetime. I will recommend him 100%.

Eastside Dental Care is AMAZING! Dr. Ro and his entire staff are kind, gentle and patient. His office is clean and welcoming, and the highest levels of hygiene are used on each patient. Any time I have a question about billing, his front office staff is knowledgeable and professional and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. Scheduling appointments is easy and theyre always willing to work around my schedule. I have recommended MANY people to his office, and I will continue to do so. Even though his office no longer accepts my dental insurance, it is worth staying with Dr. Ro and Eastside Dental Care!

Dr. Ro and the staff at Eastside Dental Care were one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a dentist. The office is clean and bright. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ro for several years now. Not once have we had a problem or issue with his care. He is very gentle taking the fear out of going to the dentist. He explains all procedures thoroughly. Dr. Ro follows up with a personal phone call to check on your well being after an extensive procedure. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in insurance billing to meet your specific needs. Chris the hygienist, is very gentle with great decorum. The office is clean and very modern. Would highly recommend Dr. Ro to anyone looking for a friendly and top notch dentist.
