Initially when I was first seen here I was not very impressed. I worked for comfort dental previously, until finding work in pediatrics which I preferred. I have always had anxiety with the dentist with past experiences. The doctor did not make me feel as a priority but another patient to hurry and get through. I expressed my concern at this first visit. The doctor then wrote me a letter apologizing, which I found very kind. I decided to give the office another chance. I then went in for two appointments to have deep cleaning done. The first appointment they sent me with a prescription for pain meds, a very small amount mind you, but as anyone i was grateful as my teeth are very sensitive! Second time around they did not send me home with any, and when asked, I was treated by the medical assistant as if I were drug seeking straight from the start. I was appalled. In this last appointment I was diagnosed with TMJ. When I called today to ask what treatment is and the next step, I spoke with a lady named Krista that didnt seem to have much knowledge in the matter. When I was told I needed to see a physical therapist she asked my name, put me on hold, then proceeded to tell me the doctor will have to call me back, the hung up on me! I am extremely disappointed!! I worked for Dr. P and their kids where seen at my practice until they moved to Chicago. I dont feel I need to express these things to get proper care. Also to mention the field I am in and the experience I have working for Comfort Dental. The worst part of medicine is being treated like you dont matter. One things I always am aware of when caring for other people and their children. I can understand if there was one bad experience, but this has now been multiple times. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Look for other care. No sense in being misjudged and treated.

Let me tell you how bad this company is to work for or even be a patient for I was a employee here for 45 days . I never receive the proper training here from the staff. One of the doctors (Dr. Gina Searle ) said its not that hard to learn . I been in the medical field 9 years and have never been treated with such disrespect in my life . I drove from Denver every day on time for them not to even appreciate at it . There money hungry in dont care about the care that you get just how much there going to receive.. when they start losing business they started sending staff home. Like we dont have bills to pay . Oh and there excuse to me was you just work at slow pace.. The worst comfort dental in Colorado !!

Absolutely terrible and very unprofessional. In less than two hours time, I witnessed mistreatment of an employee, bad service for myself and people standing around taking "selfies" showing outstanding unprofessionalism. Not to mention, the one employee that was working their tail off was being slandered and verbally abused. It seemed like the dentist did a half ass job and wasnt very attentive to what I was asking. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If youre looking for a dentist in this area, it would probably be worth the trip to go down to the metro area to avoid these folks

Avoid this place! Not only does it smell like a musty old basement, but they told both myself and a friend (two separate locations) that we had 4 cavities. Obviously I got a second opinion by a more legitimate dentist (as did he) and neither of us had a single cavity. Seems their corporate policy is to lie to people so they can drill into them and make money. Theyre only slightly cheaper than other dentists. Its not worth saving a little, because in the long run youll end up paying for dental work you dont need.

Dr. Ouranos is the best! I really hate going to the dentist and he makes the whole experience a million times better. Hes professional, easy to talk to, and great at listening to patients and helping out in any way he can. The location is great, the staff are wonderful and super helpful. I live in Denver and was worried about the drive, but it didnt take long at all and it was totally worth it. Ill definitely be back!

Came in by referral of a friend, saw Dr. Ouranos. He was great. I hadnt been to a dentist for sometime and he was extremely nice. Laid out the treatment plan to me in advance to let me decide what to do, and HOLY COW so inexpensive! I had it all done then and there and no pain at all...he was great and easy on me! Now Im not so worried about regular dentist visits thanks to Dr. O.

Comfort Dental is a great office. Nice staff and even nicer dentists! Dr. Bo listened to all my concerns, addressed them to my satisfaction and CURED a bad breath problem that my FORMER dentist did nothing about even after I asked him to look into it. I am a NEW patient at Comfort Dental and I am going to continue to let them provide my dental care.

The best dental office Ive ever been to. They took me in at the last minute as a walk in patient to examine and X-ray a damaged tooth for me and treated me so nicely. Dr. Rotolo was extremely detailed in the examination and recommendation for the treatment to fix the damaged tooth. I highly recommend this office to any of my family and friends!

Wow. Dr. Borzou Ouranos is the very best dentist on the planet. I used to have a crippling fear of dentists (thanks to my childhood dentist). Dr Ouranos is honest, kind and has some of the best "bedside" manners Ive ever experienced. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

They did not help my issue. I came in with very I had high pain and they recommended cleaning the other teeth. The nurse was very rude to me. They treated me like I should already know what to do about the problem. The only person who actually seemed to even care about me or my issue was the front desk lady.

All staff was friendly and helpful; they made you feel comfortable and got issues taken care of promptly. They work with payment and put you at ease. Dr. Rotolo was very nice and they even do calls after your visit to see how all is healing. Will definitely be returning for all future dental work!

Great experience, they were friendly and thorough. Dr. Gina-Marie Searle was great, as was Lauren, her assistant. Dr. Gina patiently answered all my questions and Lauren did an excellent job polishing my teeth. My whole family goes here and were glad we do. Thanks!!!

Dont come here for Doctor Gary Bertolo! He is terrible! Pulled my wisdom teeth and screwed everything up and when spoken to about it he said "I dont make mistakes"! Dentist that is super full of himself, takes your money and screws you!
