Dr. Rohleder not only does great work shes the most personable and delightful woman to be a patient of. While Ive had many struggles thru the years Dr. Rohleder takes the issues in stride and works to resolve my problems while also inspiring faith in her skill but also in her true compassion and passion for people and dentistry. The entire staff made me actually like being in a dental office. That is no easy task after what Ive dealt with in the past. For the first time in years a dentist listened to my unique situation and has made seemingly effortless skill to hear me then help me the way I asked to have my work done. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and a valuable client. The work done and years later Im still going strong with healthy teeth. For the first time in my life Im glad to go back when I need work done, even getting cleanings done. This is the mark by which all dental offices should hold themselves to.

I was nervous about not seeing the dentist after 10 years!!! I thought maybe they would have me wear a scarlet D on my arm....but No. The staff makes you feel very welcome as soon as you come through the door, almost as if you were an old friend. The anxiety melted away as I met Dr. Rohleder and she reassured me that my negligence to my teeth would be reversed in no time and explained to me how we were to achieve that. I dont have dental insurance, and you know what, it was the best money Ive ever spent!!!!! My confidence soared from about a 3 to a 10 in under 3 weeks just from the Dental care I received from all the staff at the downtown Dentist. Thanks again and see you all in Dec. :)

Dr. Julie and her staff was one of the best things about living in Colorado Springs! The whole office has a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes your appointment more like a visit with friends than a trip to the dentist! Dr. Julie always took the time to stop and say hello even if my visit was with the hygienist, treating me like a friend and asking about my family. Not many professionals take the time to get to know their patients like the staff of the Downtown Dentist does!

The staff here are really friendly and accomidating to their patients. We just visited there today and had to reschedule a few times to meet our hectic schedule, they worked with us to enable a one day visit for the entire family. The professionalism and kindness they showed our child was exceptional to say the least. We are so sad that we are moving away and hope that we can find a Dental Office as good as this one near our new home.

The staff is awfully rude and incompetent. The first time in two years I had to cancel the day of my appointment due to illness. The office billed me $45 and will not make a one time exception. There is one way to deliver bad news and this office has 0 empathy. Taking my business and referrals elsewhere.
