We had a few visits here and I was not happy with any of them. I have a five year old who fell down and hit his front tooth it turned brown I brought him into this place they gave him an x Ray (which almost no one could do because "his mouth was small ") so he was nervous all different girls coming in to the room to do the XRay they finally got what they needed told me he didnt damage the adult tooth but needed work on other teeth my son was a little nervous as soon as the dentist seen he was nervous he took one look into his mouth and told me I needed to bring him to the hospital to get put to sleep to do a cleaning and some fillings. I didnt want to put him to sleep unless I had to.. So we switched dentist took him to Pediatric Dentistry on Robeson much better experience he didnt have to get put to sleep he also had an infection on the front tooth and needed to get them pulled Dental dreams never said any of that .. If you have small children who are nervous about seeing a dentist Dental Dreams is not the place to take them. My son had his two small fillings done and another visit got his two front teeth pulled and he wasnt put to sleep. I wouldnt recommend dental dreams to anyone .

I just wanted to write this to let dental dreams know that they call my family way to muchh 8 clock is way to late to be calling m my kids are in bed by that time thn hearing my phone ring wakes them up and I answer and its dental dreams are you kiddden me lv us aloneeeeee also you people schedule way to many appointments at one time those poor doctors andassistants work like slaves that is not how a dental practice should work there should be 1 person scheduled at a time depending on you guys procedure like be real not any other dental office I have went to has like 20 people sceduled at the same time that is insanee!!!!!! I have been there maybe 2 times and I left both times I dont like the way they work these poor girls when its as easy as sceduling 1 pacient at a time with that said im all set with DENTAL DREAMS! I waited three hours for my daughter to get her teeth cleaned. Her appt was at 2 and she was called in an hour and a half late. As I waited for my daughter, numerous patients(??) and their "crew" walked in an out of the patient rooms and never were questioned by staff. My duaghter insisted on going in the room by herself and I was never updated on how she was doing or asked if I had any concersn with her dental health. There is a reason for the great play area its b/c u will be there for an extremely long time regardless of your appointment. This seemed to the be the complaint with everyone in the waiting room. This place takes walk-ins regardless of the ppl with appts. The dentist has an assembly line of hygenists to bang out cleanings in a fast manner. $$$$$$$ is all this place is interested in.

I am so impressed with this place that I am writing my first online review ever. I started going there after another dentist in the area worked on a couple of my teeth and messed them up royally. I have been there a couple of times to get previous work fixed, and I have never waited (in the waiting room or in my chair) for more than fifteen minutes, tops. The staff is really friendly, the destist is also very friendly, and I have not have any pain at all since he fixed what the other dentist did. All in all, I love this place as much as you can love a dentists office. :)

Me and my fiance brought our 2year old daughter here and boy did we wait. She was taken in 5 minutes before her appointment and we had to wait in a chair with her for1 hour before the dentist came to look at her. By this point our daughter was done and just wanted to go home. I would think a place that gears itself towards children would be a lot more child friendly while they have a playground and movie area it would be nice not to be called in to sit for an hour. Plus an hour for a 2 year old is an awfully long time to wait.

Awful experience here. I got the female dentist and it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Had a filling done there and I dont think the tooth they drilled on even needed it, they wouldnt listen to me when I told them which tooth was bothering me and needed a filling. The filling they did fell out within a month. The "cleaning" she did was like five minutes long and sloppy, it felt like I hadnt got a cleaning at all. And now they wont stop calling me trying to get me to come back in.

Having a daughter with special needs (autism) going to the dentist is a very challenging task. The staff at dental dreams went above and beyond not only making my daughter comfortable, but myself as well! I can not thank enough Dr Ganatra and her staff Ashley, Lindsey, Rachel, and Donna. My child didnt want to leave, and requested a filling. As we walked out of the office she asked when she can go back that shes "not afraid anymore."

This place is awful!!! My son and I were there for 2 hours just for them to brush his teeth. He wasnt cooperative so they couldnt do much with him, but after waiting so long to be seen even I was cranky! Who could blame him? Then the dentist had the nerve to ask if he had a bad experience previously. No! The poor kid had been waiting so long he just wanted to go home!

Removed two teeth but the dentist left pieces of them in my gum. I went back and she said she couldnt do anything about it, told me to massage it daily and sometime it would come out. Also with my dental plan, i get a few things included and they wanted to charge me for procedures I dont have to pay for. Will never go back.

I have recently moved out of state & needed something from them stating that my son had been to see a dentist in the past 12 months so he could start school up here. Was told that since the last time he was seen was in December 2016 he was overdue for a visit & refused to help me. Rude & unprofessional to top it all off

Horrible place they did 3 fillings for me 2 fell out after a week and the 3rd fell out after a month and theyre expecting me to repay for something that did last.

They give you an appointment time and see you into your assigned room 1/2 after the appointment time and see you an hour after that worse experience of my life.
