I had actually gone here for a long time, but one day, I was nine minutes late because I was stuck in traffic. I had appointments set for all three of my kids. I walked in and the girl behind the desk told me I was too late and they wouldnt take me that day. I argued for a while asking why they cant just cancel one appointment, but take the other two kids. She said no. After getting nowhere and being treated extremely rudely, I told them I would never go back there. The girl behind the desk actually said to me, "I dont care." I called the Kool Smiles Headquarters who told me there is normally a 15 minute window and we should have still been taken. She at least was nice and told me she would have someone from management in headquarters call me back, but I never heard a word from anyone about it. However, they still call me every week to "reschedule my missed appointment." After being a long term customer, to be treated that rudely was absolutely horrible. I will never go back to Kool Smiles. The problem is that Kool Smiles books everyone without keeping a time block. So you can set up a relatively quick appointment for whenever is convenient for you, but that doesnt mean they will take you. I would sit and wait forever before they took my kids. Then, as I found out that day, if youre late (even though I know I would have been sitting there forever waiting), they tell you that you missed your appointment. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Hated absolutely everything about this place they are very unprofessional ! I had a root canal done at aspen dental which was perfect just couldnt afford the crown so my grandfather took me to Kool smiles. Well the first time we went I just got a cleaning which took ten minutes which is actually quick for a cleaning . We then scheduled my crown so we went in on the date and they told us they cant take is because the dr wasnt there ? Like what do you mean the dr isnt there your the one who scheduled it !then they tried saying I have a lot of cavity which I dont because aspen dental told us I had just one! Money hungry people ! So we left unhappy . Then go back for the crown again they didnt even numb me enough I felt everything which hurt ! Mind you this is just a temporary ! A week later it falls off now Im in so much pain ! We call for an emergency appointment to just put the tempory back on , I go in then they told us again they cant take us because the dr isnt there !!!! Like do you not know when your head Drs are gunna be there ? So now im sitting here with no tempory typing this im a very unhappy consumer ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE ! They will just try to get all your money

I had nothing to complain about Kool Smiles till December 30th. I was there with the kids on the 14th for their regular cleaning and was told the 2 girls had to come back for fillings. Went back on the 30th to have it done and had surprise, one of my daughters had crowns to be placed. even though I was not given any other option. Not knowing what it was asked the assistant to see it, she showed me how it looked like. I said okay did not come here for it but the doctor knows best. In my mind I thought it was something temporally. Now my daughter is going trough pain when eating, it is painful to brush and floss, Plus she is taking antibiotics. Just want to say: parents ask everything about what theyll do to your kid, dont just think the doctors will do the best. Youll be the one to cry with your kid and cry when your kid is in pain asking you why this was done. I wish I could go back and asked how it was done what would happen after that, asked about my options and said no to crowns a much too invasive procedure for a 6 year old.

Today I want to give Kool smiles a 5 star review. My family has been going to the Fall River location for years now and never had a problem. A few years ago my husband had some work done that was terrible. Needless to say he went in today unhappy and by the time he left he was very happy. I want to say thank you to Joe the manager, Dr. Malla, and Roxaine. The 3 of them were in shock at the horrible work the previous dentist did to my husbands teeth. Dr. Malla went right to work fixing it and she took her time to make sure it was done right. I am very happy that the 3 of them cared and wanted to help. Thank you so much Dr. Malla for being a great dentist. Thank you Joe for running the office and taking care of the long time patients like you should. Thank you Roxaine for being the best assistant a patient could ask for.

Dr. Qadri was most gentle, kind and professional. She explained to me why my care plan did not include dentures to replace the teeth I had to have extracted. Her explaination made perfect sense. I will have my remaining teeth cleaned, xrayed and any issues addressed while we wait the 2 or so months its going to take for my extraction sites to properly heal. I love the fact that I dont feel like I want to bill them for my time. I often feel like that leaving any doctors offices but not KoolSmiles. Thank you for not holding it against me that I had not been to see you since 2010. I was feeling quite ashamed of myself for that. I waited until I had the worst toothache ever to seek care. And you were kind. That means everything!! My care team this visit was Dr. Qadri and Stacy A. Thank you Ladies!!

Horrible service... had a broken tooth was told overnight that it would be taken care of.. I was in so much pain couldnt talk the nerve and all was exposed... go there.. told me i would have to wait 3 weeks to get it taken out... so i would have had to sit there and wait 3 weeks in pain. On top of that was given CHILDRENS TYLENOL!!!! Seriously people childrens tylenol I am 30 years old crying in your office due to the pain.. and thats what was ordered. They were rude and uncaring.. while waiting the parents with kids just let them run a muck and I got tripped by a children who was running around.. seriously someone needs to learn to run that office better.. and do not promise a patient that something will get done and then not do it!! NEVER WILL GO TO AGAIN!

I brought my five year old to the Fall River location for the first dental appointment. I was apprehensive because we tried having him see our normal family dentist a year earlier and he wouldnt even open his mouth. The environment was kid friendly, putting him at ease and distracting him. When it came time for cleaning and X-Rays, our Hygienist Cheryl B was amazing. She said all of the right things to get him to participate. She even wrapped tissue around the bite wing mouthpiece used for X-rays because my son refused to clamp down due to it "feeling weird" and he didnt want it to touch his tongue. When we got home, he asked me if he could use his new floss. Thanks Cheryl and Kool Smiles team in Fall River for making a kids first experience a great one!
