Do I sound crazy to say that, since becoming a patient at Dental Bright, I actually like going to the dentist? The staff is friendly and professional, the office immaculate, and I have never sat in the waiting room more than five minutes past my scheduled appointment time. They have all dental specialties under one roof, so I dont need to go to different offices if I need specialty care. I recently broken two teeth falling down stairs in my home. As if the broken teeth werent bad enough, I worried about what the dentist was going to say and, especially, what it was going to cost. I have dental insurance, but it only pays a small percentage. My most recent experience before finding Dental Bright was at one of those chain dental offices, where I felt that I was at the mercy of a dishonest used car mechanic. Once they open your mouth, they can tell you anything, especially if youre there for a dental emergency. Not so at Dental Bright! I saw Dr. Alisun Kovach, who examined me and immediately told me what needed to be done, bringing in a colleague because she thought what needed to be done could be done with a less extensive procedure and, therefore, less expensive. He concurred, and the procedure was relative quick, painless and less than the amount that I had expected. You know what else I like about Dental Bright? I always see the same faces. I worked in the medical field for many years, and one thing to know is that if theres constant turnover of staff, theres a problem. It usually means that working conditions are poor, the staff mistreated by the employer, and morale is low. That is obviously NOT the case in this office. Needless to say, I would recommend Dental Bright to anyone, and have on several occasions. Its an awesome place!

I tried to schedule an appointment for a cavity that I have and am in severe pain for but the receptionist told me that it was impossible for someone to see me unless I got a cleaning and full exam done. I do understand that but at the same time if you care about your patients, youd look and try and treat the problem. It seems as if all they care about is charging the insurance for the cleaning and for the full exam. I told the receptionist on the phone that I wanted to become a patient, I was willing to get a cleaning after my pain was resolved but she didnt care. The receptionist lacked empathy and good customer service. Someone told me good things about the dentists there but I guess I wont be going there.

Dental Bright has an amazing&friendly team. I had root resorption (ended losing that tooth), Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Shariff helped me with my implant process. I remember a year and a half ago, I was NERVOUS because I knew nothing about root resorption. Dr. G was kind, answered my questions and thoroughly explained the whole impant/bone grafting procedure to me, and while getting my procedures, I was comfortable. He did a great job with my bone grafting and much more. Also, Dr. Sharif did a great job with my new tooth. It looks and feels so "natural". Thanks Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Sharif for your hard work! I had a pleasant experience and I Definitely recommend Dental Bright for your dental needs.

I had to have a tooth pulled and was scared to go and have it done. Then I went to this office and it changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The environment was clean, and the staff welcomed me and made me feel I was a top priority. I was in for my procedure in minutes and out of pain just after and before I knew it my tooth was out. I have been back since and my experience was just as good for the cleaning. I would encourage anyone to go to this office for all their dental needs big or small. You will not regret it. Please do your business a favor and hire a new receptionist. I simply called for business hours, instead I got a rude response of why I could not book anything because summer hours will be changing in June or July. She never even asked for my name or offered to check for availability. Your business really seems like a joke with that kind of employee. Maybe providing mandatory customer service trainings, even supervisions might help. You will continue to loose many customers if that is the first person someone speaks too when trying to search for a dentist.

I just attempted to make an appointment to get a filling that was coming out taken care of. The front desk person insisted that I get cleaning, I said to her that I was in pain and would get a cleaning after I got my filling done and explained to me that she has nothing opened for a filling until the end of March. While I love the Dentists here because they are amazing this isnt the first time I have run into an issue with getting an appointment. I have been to other dentist and have been disatisfied. I guess I will have to keep looking.

I opted to for get 2 of my impacted wisdom teeth removed after I had a ton of pressure and pain.. the periodontist did a great job, not as bad as I thought it would be. The office looks like a spa, spotless and the help was fairly good. my assistant spoke 3 languages which was kind of impressive. I would recommend them to my friends and family and have sent some people from my office. all of them have been comfortable with sending their extended family as well.

I have never had a better experience at the dentist. The office was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. When I needed my tooth pulled they got me in right away. I felt no pain during the extraction. I have been back for check up and cleaning and the experience has been great. I would highly recomend this office to everyone who needs dental services. I got braces here and they messed up my teeth. They dont know what theyre doing, I told them I wore my retainers everyday and they wrote down that I never wore my retainers. They pulled out a tooth and tried to close the gap instead of replacing the tooth which messed up the alignment of my teeth. They are ALL Unprofessional
