I am a dental assistant myself. Let me share my experience. I went there for my boyfriend’s check up and they assigned us to an Asian doctor named Dr. Sew. There was this obese drug dealer front desk lady whose own teeth looked like they need a cleaning, not to mention she was eating chips while she was checking us in, she was munching chips while talking to us and while attending the phone, I could smell weed in the waiting room. About 20 minutes later, we were called in. My BF had no pain and we went there just for a cleaning. They took about 25 x rays of his mouth, which sounded unnecessary, once done we waited for 25 minutes for the doctor to come, we could hear her working in the adjacent room. Every assistant who was passing by the room would look at her , smile and nod their head, all this looked weird, I was skeptical to be there but we stayed. Then I heard a couple of assistants gossiping that Dr. Sew is doing her 3 hour extraction. I also saw another Asian doctor going in to help Dr. Sew, finally after another 15 minutes the doctor came to our room. She did apologize for the delay. She looked at the x rays and told us that my boyfriend had a few cavities. We did not have much faith in her, she wanted to do those cavities the same days but we decided to reschedule. The whole vibe of the office was bad, I saw a lot of beverages lying on the shelves, the conversations amongst the assistants was ghetto and unprofessional, while I was trying to convince myself not go back there again, they called us for our next appointment for fillings. We kept postponing it but we started receiving 10 odd calls a day, we did tell them about our experience and they apologized saying that Dr. Sew is new, they suggested that we see Dr. Rhayapoty , another experienced doctor at that office. So we went again, this time waiting time was 5 minutes, we met this Indian doctor named Dr. Rhayapoty but I would rather give her the name Dr. Potty because she definitely looked and smelled like poop. She had no personality, had scattered open hair like a rape victim and was wearing cheap footwear bought from the street. Being in a place with so much aerosol, the hair needs to be tied or covered under a cap and footwear too. She asked us the most fake ”How are you” and then started smiling like a clown. Our faith fell flat on the floor after seeing their experienced Doctor. I asked her to check if my BF really needed those fillings, she kept nodding her head but didn’t answer my question. It seemed like she didn’t understand English very well. Her hands were trembling as she gave novocaine, my BF said he felt a lot of pain with the shot. She took about an hour to do one filling, and would stop every minute. The tooth she did a filling continued to hurt even weeks after. We are not going back again, we have started seeing another dentist in Lawrence, who eventually had to extract the tooth that Dr. Potty did a filling on. Our new doctor told that the filling was put too close to the nerve and no base was given below the filling which eventually lead to its extraction. So we just went there for a cleaning and ended up getting a tooth removed. Please dont go there and get substandard treatment, or you may meet the same fate, the whole office is a joke. We also got a check up done from our new dentist who told us that my BF does not need any more fillings, he just needs to brush his back teeth more.

First off their dentist assistants are extremely unprofessional. I remember on a few occasions and the last time I went to do a clean up here it was close to closing time but their was still time left and their dentist assistant would complain about wanting to go home early & yell out "Dam is already time to go and this place should be closing I dont wanna be here I wanna go home" this person was not the assistant for the dentist working on my teeth but does help dentist and their may have been another girl acting the same way. I couldnt believe the level of care this person had on the patience. Now the Dentist. The dentist their dont even tell you much info about your teeth unless you specifically ask them (and when you do they seem to be careless) and they only give you what you go in their for, for instance for some time I needed to have a deep cleaning done and I went their for some time and never once do I remember the dentist insist, mention, or recommend it to me. Also the fillings they use are not the white ones. They say that this place is good for children supposedly and that may be true but even if I had kids I would go to another dentist and not go here so basically I dont recommend this place. This place is always so open and free that you can have same day appointments (and the receptionists are always trying to get you in right away because they dont have too many patients) which tells you right there that people avoid this place because they dont really go the extra mile for your oral health, the dentist specifically and only do what is expected of them and dont take time to tell you what should be of concern to you which is most important and what they should try to work on with you next. But they dont care, you can tell they only care about their checks.

I got a call today from this dentist today. The woman who called me mumbled so much I couldnt understand her and I finally heard "hello would you like to make an appointment". I dont even know who this dentist is and dont live anywhere near Lawrence, MA (thank God) so you can understand my confusion. When I told her Id never been there before and you werent my dentist, she argued with me and said my name was written there. After a long pause, the girl hung up on me. The person called back (I assumed to say wed been disconnected) but then asked if I wanted to order a pizza and then said I was being pranked. I reverse listed the number and verified it was indeed the Lawrence location. I called back and they answered "Dental Dreams". I dont know if you have kids playing there in the back or just an extremely unprofessional staff that is cold calling people and acting like middle schoolers, but you can bet I will now tell every single person I know what an unprofessional office this is.

I have been there several times since I moved to Lawrence and the office staff have been very patient when I needed to cancel due to health. I have had several dentists and they were quite professional and nice. That has been my experience

I had a great experience with them, nobody wants to have a full mouth extraction, but they made me very comfortable ,explained things every step of they way, made my appointments at my convenience ,and I have a great smile now

Horrible office management. Always a very long wait and they over book.....all the dentists and hygienists are awesome and very friendly
