The only reason why this isnt a 1 star is because the first time I went in, they were OKAY. Went in on Sunday 6/12/16 at about 3:18 PM, feeling absolutely horrible (possible bronchitis or strep). Although there was only ONE person in front of me the whole time, I wasnt even asked to go back until an hour and 20 minutes later. The ladies at the front didnt really care what was going on ( they were surfing different web pages, laughing, and talking about smoothies when I came in) or have the courtesy to let one know why the long wait or where one are in the process. Once taken back the assistant asked a couple of questions, took my vitals and told me the doctor would be in shortly. 25 minutes later I said no way, walked out of the room (where 3 ladies were standing - one may have been the doctor - all seeming to be entertained in front of a computer screen), told the two ladies at the front to cancel my appointment and left. FYI I was not rude at all - was raised better than that. Also, the whole lobby was 100% empty when I left. A little disappointed that when I finally got the strength to drive to the doctor, it took so long to eventually not be seen. Drove up the road to MedSpring Urgent Care, was back in the doctors room within 10 mins, seen in another 10 and after a full 30 mins I had my diagnosis and prescription sent. This is very close to my place but next time, unless its something very non-urgent, I wont be going back.

Terrible service. I took my son for an Xray to check extent of injury on his finger. The place was not busy so didnt expect it to take too long. After nearly an hour of waiting (and being the only one in the waiting room) I ask the person at the front desk how much longer it will take. She says another 15 - 20mts. I mention to her we will be back in 5-10 mts (grab a quite byte for my son) and she said it was OK. We get back in <10mts and were told by another lady with an unapologetic tone at the front desk that they came looking for us and the X-ray tech left for the night and they cant see us any more and seemed very eager to close up for the night. She argued that it is their policy that we cant leave the waiting room once we check in (even though we specifically talked to the other person before stepping out and no one told us and expected them to atleast call us before the tech leaves without waiting an extra minute for us - after we had waited an hour). There seems to be no urgency and absolutely no regard for patients time. The front desk needs a lot of training in positive interaction with customers / patients. Will go to an Urgent care where they really show some urgency and commitment in taking care of their patients.

I have been here multiple times for myself and my kids. Every practitioner we have seen has been compassionate, knowledgeable, and has taken the time to listen. The complaints people have about the wait are because this is a walk in clinic. Just because the waiting room is empty does not mean there arent patients in back being seen. When it is your turn, you will be grateful for the time and care they give to you. The usual wait is 15 min. When it is a longer wait, they offer to have you leave and then they will call you when it is time to come back!

Yet I must say that I have never had a doctor that I felt as comfortable with, who I felt listened better to me, who kept better records of all my history,,who was as quick to send me to other doctors if he felt they were more capable of helping me with some specific problem, --- than Dr. Vic.

We have been seeing Dr. Vik since he opened his practice 14 years ago. Its gotten bigger, but theyre really quite wonderful other than the occasional lengthy wait time. While I am sure there are some people who have had bad experiences, in my 14 years those are anomalous.

Wish they were a bit more on the Urgent side. They seem really under staffed. Very friendly receptionist and nurse. Dr. seemed anoyed we were there, maybe thats just his personality? Seemed like that with most of the staff and clients.
