One of my worst experiences at a doctors office. Its close to my house so I went there for a simple physical and had a few concerns with some on-going symptoms. I saw Dr. Honles. A few days later, I was able to find my lab results on their online portal and a few of my levels were high. Dr. Honles had also posted a diagnosis on the portal which sounded like I needed more lab work. I called to speak to a nurse and no one EVER called me back. I called everyday for a week. I finally requested to speak to the business manager. Instead of apologizing, he was completely rude and condescending. He was able to get Dr. Honles nurse, Amy, to call me back within 10 mins. Indeed, I needed more lab work but she didnt even acknowledge the fact that she didnt return my calls. I asked her why she didnt return my calls and she just said she was sorry and that I was on her list but she just ran out of time every day. I am going to get the next labs from them and then I am never going back. Also took my daughter in for an injury to her ankle on Fathers Day. The doctor was wonderful but we received an invoice in the mail that had not even been processed by our insurance company. I still have to deal with that. Find another clinic. Compared to ARC, they didnt even look busy so I honestly dont know why they have so many problems. Dont waste your time or jeopardize your health with this place.

I have used the ADC Easy Care Clinic several times. The doctors and N.P. have been great. However, I am leaving a zero star review after attempting to resolve a billing error for over a month. I was charged the wrong rate. I talked to my insurance and they informed me it was b/c the N.P. I saw was contracted as a specialist. First, you are not given a choice who you see in the Easy Care Clinic. Second, I was not informed that this particular N.P. was contracted with insurance companies differently than other doctors and nurses there. I used the Easy Care Clinic many times before and only been charged an Office Visit co-pay. I ended up in an appeals processes in which I was only allowed to relay messages through customer service reps who said they were only allowed to email the appeals department. After a month I was informed there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the appeals department and was told I could not. I had no recourse but to pay the bill to avoid collection actions. I feel that their billing is inconsistent and not transparent. I feel that their customer service and billing departments are a bureaucratic black hole. created to frustrate patients instead of assist.

This is a TERRIBLE place. I asked 2 nurses for the 2 vaccinations for my girl so that there is only one time hurt. The nurse refused because of no other nurses available. I dont know why since it is only 10 sec shot. And we have such inject in Shanghai which is so considerable for children. US Doctors in Shanghai told us this is international pattern for several vaccination injections for kids. We insisted and finally the nurse asked another to help. The original unhappy nurse gave my girl a heavy injection with whole pinhead into her leg and even pushed heavy more. There is a black/blue at the injection spot. Another leg has no such problem. Never has such hurt from vaccination before. How bad heart to a kid!!!

The doctors are nice and friendly enough, but the front office staff are absolute idiots. They have no idea which insurance they take, tell you they dont take your insurance when they do, and wont even offer to call the insurance provider verification number. On the off chance that someone from ADC reads this, you really should pay more than minimum wage to teenagers because these are the people on your front line that are customer-facing. Despite the doctors being fine people, the office staff makes the rest of the experience miserable. Ive always had a great experience with Austin Regional Clinic. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to see their courteous staff and great doctors.

I called my (reputable, well-known) insurance company to find a doctor I could see locally. ADC came up in their database, so I called to make an appointment. I gave them my insurance information over the phone, and specifically mentioned that I was from out-of-town. They ran the insurance (or claimed to), said it was no problem, and I set up an appointment. Two weeks later, I went in for my appointment... and was told ADC does not take my insurance and I would not be able to see a doctor today. Sorry, but thats just total incompetence. And if they dont even know what insurance they take, do you really want to trust your health to them?

the doctors are pretty good but watch out if you have to bring your child back for the same reason. they will charge you for another office visit even if they didnt fix your childs problem the first time. They told me this is a fair practice for the medical field. No where else in the world is this kind of practice acceptable. If someone doesnt fix the problem you came in for the first time you shouldnt be charged for coming in again!

Saw Dr. Gray in Easy Care Clinic for follow up to a stingray wound in Mexico. She was friendly, thorough, and prescribed an antibiotic. I did have to wait over 45 minutes to see her, but I was pleased with her. Today, I have a severe headache, neck pain, sweats, chills, and neck pain. I just made appointment for 1130, but now they say they cant treat me and want me to go to the ER for symptoms.

My kids have been using Dr. Woods for years. She is great. Sadly, her office staff makes being her patient a horrible experience. 20 - 30 minutes on hold waiting to refill a prescription or make an appointment are typical. Once you get someone, theyre unable to handle simple requests. Im looking for other doctors and its sad that the administrative staff is causing me to lose a great doctor

Linda Lopez is an amazing doctor would recommend any parent who has children to go to her. I have always been sketchy about doctor and shot and all that stuff. This women doctor I should say was the best she took time with me and my boys and explained every answer to my questions and made sure I felt secure and comfortable with all the decisions you make as a parent.

I have found the Circle C office to be very helpful. It beats the heck out of after-hours at the hospital ER or Emergency Clinic in a grocery store, or waiting for the next day to see my regular doctor! Their front desk staff can be a bit cold but the medical staff is professional and thorough.

Really terrible experience with here with Dr. Honles. They literally NEVER return phone calls. It has taken 2+ weeks to get my prescription filled for the past 3 months and thrown my schedule completely off. Do not put your health in the hands of this doctor.

Dr. Sara Woods is a very good doctor. My daughter had been seeing her for about 5 years and always feels comfortable around her. She gives great feedback and is always open to hear any concerns we have.
