I went here for acne problems on my face. I told the Doctor about the skin issues I have and he said I had two options. One was to take the pills that will make my sweat glands stop working because that is the root of acne, I am a thin person so its not like a am constantly sweating. Or two, take this very strong antibiotic. So I went with option two. About a week later after I had my appointment had another appointment with my primary doctor for a cough and allergies that I had. I showed the prescription my dermatologist had given to me and to my shock my primary doctor said to stop taking the antibiotic medicine immediately as it is a extremely strong antiobody and could cause harm to me. Anyways a year later I am still suffering from acne, and my worse fear is starting to happen I am not seeing acne scarring on my face! Another thing that is frustrating me from this place is that I paid with insurance and my co payment was under $100. When I went in that day I made a $50 payment and asked them to bill the rest of it in two weeks. I have received multiple calls from them asking me for a payment and almost every time I have given my info over the phone and they take the payment. The lady that calls for payments is always very rude and almost always hangs up before or as I am saying good bye. She could use phone edicate classes. I do not understand how I still owe them $30 because I have paid this bill multiple times. I have multiple cards so it would be hard for me to backtrack the payments but I can tell you when I do pay something, I wont forget I made a payment. Overall, NOT satisfied at all!!

I would not step foot at this facility again!!! I was left with a hugely visible scar on my nose after a seemingly simple procedure, cyst removal. I returned to have Dr. Guevara smooth the raised surface on the scar. He took what appeared to be a scouring pad and scratched my skin off until it bled. Needless to say, the procedure was unsuccessful. I was left with a scar that is worse than the small cyst under the skin that was there before. Ive heard so many negative complaints about this place. Its a shame I discovered them after it was too late. His P.A. Cynthia Campos doesnt fare any better. She cut milia off underneath my right eye with surgical scissors and this resulted in visible scarring, as well. Beware!!!!

First of all most of staff rude. Especially the one w long blond hair. Then the Dr. sees u and acts like he really wants to help but only real drastic option or just leave it alone. I went for a mole removal and he let one of the assistants do it. She sowed me up horrible. Then he said come back in two weeks. Looked infected and I went back and he said to wait and just let it heal. I believed he was helping me and giving me the best advice. Ended up getting a nasty scar and he said hed do whatever to make it better. Just involved cortisone shots. Probably just buttering me up so I wouldnt sue him. Waste of time and money in that office!

Horrible experiences in every way. From the extremely rude staff to the interminable wait times. The Dr. misdiagnosed my condition. He was smugly confident when he proclaimed what I had then lab results proved otherwise. I never saw him after the first visit, only his assistant. I guess he was embarrassed idk. The assistant had a horrible runny nose and cold on one of my visits and was touching me with his bare hands and breathing and coughing in my face. Health care providers should stay home when they are that sick. Not recommended.

review for the office staff, apparently she doesnt know anything ask how much will it be to see a dermatologist, couldnt tell me, like around how much were the prices for a removal of a mole, she said I needed to go an see a dermatologist, really lady Im calling to go and see a dermatologist, very ignorant lady,

I think this office is awesome! I think the other reviews thus far are misleading. Ive been in about 3 times now and Im always treated well. Dr. Guevarra is super nice and funny. I have pasty white skin so I always have weird skin issues and he is by far the best dermatologist Ive been to. Keep it up!

Had me wait the month to start on accutane just to inform me that their MA never registered me for the prescription& informed me that I had to wait ANOTHER month... still charged me for the pregnancy test on a pointless appointment... wasted my time and money here! Disappointing

I paid to not even see the doctor. I told the nurses about my skin issues and nail issues and told me nothing was wrong with me. My skin issues and nail issues are getting worse. I only lost my money here.

I never made it past the receptionist. I tried to make an appointment, but she said they couldnt see me unless it was with a referral even though I have a PPO.
