Second experience in 6 months with this dermatology clinic, for an appointment and information. They still seem disorganized and unsure of what they say. As a client asking questions on the phone it did lead to multiple answers, placing on hold,other reception persons answering phones without introducing themselves, so the conversation is not consistent or fluid. Lots or repeated information from myself as a client. I had to reconfirm all my information to make sure they had it right as they did not contact me for following procedures, though they said they had..they did not have my contact info correct. They need to dial it in, get an office manager, listen to the lack of professionalism or realize they are missing out on keeping clients. I will see if it improves at my appointment next week or go back to my clinic in Glenwood, who are very professional.

This place is fantastic. The RFV is lucky to have Aspen Dermatology. They discovered melanoma on my back and thankfully it was early enough to easily treat. The entire staff is wonderful (Amy, Dr. Karen, Dr. Clare, Sarah Youngblood and another Amy are the names that come to mind). The front office staff were so friendly each and every time I went. I always encourage friends to get their yearly skin checks here. Thank you.
