Not really sure why someone who left a negative review and then was confronted about during a visit would return to the same place again does not make much sense. Either way it makes no sense, the problem with online reviews is that people can leave them without ever having to prove they even visited this establishment, and also most people do not understand what it takes to run a schedule at a doctors office. Dr. Altman and his staff are all very professional myself and my Family have been attending his practice for many years and they even performed skin cancer surgery on my Father at this location. I would never go any where else for this type of care.

They are never on time. Doesnt matter what time you make an appointment, they are always running late. Ive waited for 1hr 45 minutes once before giving up and walking out. If you ask if they are running on time, they give you a vague answer and an attitude. The dermatologists are good, but sometimes rushing to leave you for the next patient. After this last visit where I once again had to wait long after my scheduled appointment time to be seen, Ill be looking for another dermatologist!

I would not recommend Midwest Dermatology. I was early for my 9 am appointment, but waited 55 minutes when I was then told there were 3 "regular" patients ahead of me still. Im not sure what a "regular" patient is, but I had been seen there in the past and I was only there for an annual skin check. The receptionist offered no apology and was quite rude. She offered to reschedule the appointment, but I absolutely will not be returning here.

Dr. Altman has taken very good care of me. Ive been seeing him for almost a year now, and I highly recommend him and his staff. Everyone is caring and courteous. They make an uncomfortable problem more bearable.
