Well I call because the place is hidden... I tell the receptionist what intersection Im at and she tells me I went to far I past the hospital to turn around. Ok so iturn around only to realize I hadnt passed the hospital (my fault for not catching it while on the phone). So I just used my on star at this point. The receptionist spouted off directions so fast I couldnt even remember the fist set of them (which there is a lot, again they are hidden behind other businesses) Whew finally got there, go in and tell her politely in a laughing voice that I hadnt even passed the hospital and had to do like 3 u turns. She proceeded to tell me In the rudest way that I told her I was at such intersection. Yep Sandy I was however that was just the intersection and intersection goes both ways :/ I was still on Cortez but Sandy just couldnt be wrong or apologetic just argued that there is no way I could have passed it if that was where I was.... good grief. Thats just bad business how about "Im so sorry, gosh it happens all the time with us being hidden, no worries" I felt like I was a thorn in her side. All the while I still remained polite... being nasty doesnt make you feel better. As I still here writing this review I listen to her on the phone and she is not very nice. Sandy... smile more and its ok to be nice

Everyone there was very polite and courteous. I went to have a small area on my face examined. It was right on the side of my nose, smaller than a dime but it became scaly and no amount of creams or moisturizer worked to get rid of it. Sometimes it would peel off and appear to be going away, but then return a few days later. This went on for several years. I finally made the appointment and with a painless "freezing" procedure it was gone! They also gave me a full body examination and saw another area that needed to be biospyied. They were very thorough .I recommend for all of us of the "baby boomer" generation to have this done at least once. Ecspecially if you live in Florida! It doesnt hurt and it could end up saving your life!

As a long time RN, I am very particular about my medical care. This week I had the pleasure of meeting the exceptional staff at Gulf Coast Dermatology. Everyone presented themselves as accommodating, caring and compassionate. I was fearful that I would need a lesion removed,(nurses as afraid too) which came to pass. Michelle and Brenda were so relaxed and caring that I couldnt help but trust them. Brenda, the PA numbed the site and excised the lesion. In the end, the injection had only minimal discomfort and the procedure was over in minutes. Although I was told that I would have pain for a few days, I had none. Many thanks to Brenda, Michelle and the staff at Gulf Coast Dermatology. I highly recommend them.

My son had cystic acne and they NEVER gave him the correct medicine. He is scared for life. Finally went to a compassionate caring doctor who flipped out that it went this far, the other doctor immediately gave him the correct regulated medicine and it cleared. I begged them for the correct medicine and they wouldnt give. If you dont get good results, move on.

I love Brandi at the Brooksville office, she is so kind and friendly, and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed at every visit, I would highly recommend Brandi and this office!
