I was diagnosed with Basil cell cancer on my face. A very delicate area, and my dermatologist suggested that I find one that could do the Mohs surgery.I had had a bad experience with numbing from my previous dermatologist, and I needed to find one that would go that extra step and use medicine to neutralize the medicine with little pain. Someone that cared about making me comfortable. I prayed about it and asked God to please send me to a gentle doctor. My sister wanted me to use hers, and that didnt work out, so I got on the internet and found a Dr. Bogucki in Columbus. After meeting him, I felt comfortable that I would be ok. I could not of found a better doctor anywhere, so patient, and ready to calm my fears. During the surgery, he was so gently and let me know every step of the way, what was going on, and showing me where we were in the surgery. After three times, going after every bit of the cancer, he kept me calm with very little pain, if any. He closed up the incision with making me look like I had just had plastic surgery. What a great experience, I had with Dr Bogucki. I would recommend him to anyone that needs Dermatology with a gently touch.

This morning I realized that I must try to see a dermatologist quickly due to a newly discovered concern. Since my local dermatologist could not work me in for 9 weeks I took a chance on Eastside Dermatology (having discovered them on Google). I absolutely could not believe the excellent care I received. The receptionist offered me a cancellation opening that had become available and I was seen the same day. I know that this might not happen in all cases but it was a signal to me that this office was run very efficiently. My visit to the office was nothing short of perfect. Greeted quickly, competently cared for by physician and staff and out the door within 30 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Parks was professional and to the point. I am a health care professional and not easily impressed. Even I am surprised that a quick google search could lead me to such excellent care. Im a believer now and will be spreading the word about this caring practice.

Pretty crappy experience. Started off with nearly an hour wait. Got into the exam room, nurse apologized which was nice of her. Doc comes around, doesnt knock, doesnt shake my hand to introduce himself like most doctors do, just walks in half asks whats going on, doesnt seem to really be listening. Looks at my arms and leg for MAYBE 10 seconds, tells the nurse to call in some prescription and leaves. He truly was not in the room for more than 3 minutes or so. Doesnt explain what the medication is for or what it will do, nothing. Horrible. Had me schedule a one month follow up but honestly will probably cancel that and go elsewhere.

I took my 8 month old in for his first visit due to a facial rash that he has had for over 6 months. I had tried prescription ointment from different physicians and everything over the counter possible with no luck getting it cleared up. I got my son in for an appointment within a week of calling. Dr. Parks office was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Dr. Parks knew exactly what the problem was and prescribed a different ointment and cleared my sons face up in less than 2 days and we havent had a problem since. He gave us recommendations for management if it returns and clear follow up recommendations if needed.

Lalapo Support

Charged over $150 for a 2 minute diagnosis of: "oh its just eczema." I did not go to a pharmacy for the prescribed medication, and it healed within one day. I think they knew that there was nothing wrong - but still wanted to make money. That part is not what annoyed me into writing this review but after I paid the Co-payment in their office, a few weeks later I was sent another bill. This practice is really annoying and I wont be coming back again. If I pay on the day of the visit, I dont expect to be burdened by another bill a few weeks after. Its just a waste of my time.

Horrible service and zero accountability. I went in for 8 month to correct a scar that was caused by another dermatologist. After months of therapy (and $$ spent) Dr. Parks operated to remove the scar... I now have a scar twice as big from the previous one. When i complained and asked for refund they were very quick to say they provided the service requested... even with the horrible results. Not in business to provide medical service. They milked my insurance as long as they could... Save yourself the trouble

Dr. Ben Boguki is my doctor. I have suffered from painful acne for years now, and have seen countless doctors for my condition. It took less than 6 months for Dr. Boguki to cure my condition and now my wife can’t even believe how clear my skin is. Dr. boguki is very professional, as well personable. His staff is extremely nice, and he takes time to answer any questions you may have. If you’re looking for a good dermatologist I would recommend him.

I have been going to Eastside Dermatology for over 3 years. The staff are always polite, friendly, and make you feel at home. The complex and office are very professional, clean, and very inviting. I regularly get facial treatments, such as facials, microdermabrasions, and chemical peels. Dr. Parks was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns at my visit. He even gave me samples for the medication he prescribed until I had time to get to the pharmacy. I was able to get in right away and they accommodated my schedule.The nurse was very reassuring and helpful in the room. I have already made my follow up appointment and would recommend him.
