LESS THAN ONE STAR !! If I could ever vote LESS than one star, this DOCTOR surly would get my negative vote !! I am a US Navy Veteran, and I had him as my PPO. Instead of him asking me questions, this doctor ASSUMED I was a drug seeker, (due to the fact I had been seen at the HINES V.A. and by him, as well as Christ Hospital (Oak Lawn, Illinois), E.R., (as I Live directly across the street from Christ Hospital). I had previously signed documents to ensure that the V.A. and the doctor and this hospital could all talk to each other, and the paperwork got lost 2x. I was admitted to Christ Hospital, Under DR. DALAWARIS orders, and there were tests that were ran for my upper/ front/ right chest pain, (Nothing on my Lower mid-back complaints of pain). This Doctor was sending me to a PSYCHIATRIST to see if I was just seeking drugs, (due to the fact of I HAD NOT - YES, HAD NOT FILLED A PRIOR PRESCRIPTION for pain Patches). Why was this doctor sending me to a PSYCHIATRIST, as I was already in the hospital for over 2 days, and had every test already run on me. I can PASS any test they want to throw at me. He ABUSED A VETERAN AND I WILL NOT LET THIS STAND !!

I would personally like to apologize for the above post from about 5 months ago. The Doctor and I got off on a very bad foot, and I was wrong in my posting and If I could delete it, I would,but there seems to be no way to delete the post, so all I can do is post an amendment to it. After getting to know Dr. Dalawari, when I was in the hospital. he came to see me, to check on my status, and all was as expected and we changed the subject and had a good laugh, (that was needed on my end, as I was in the hospital of the the 2015 Holiday Season after Halloween. I missed all the Holidays, and Dr. Dalawari came in and put everything at ease for me and I feel better about our Doctor to Patient relationship). Again, I do make apologies for my above postings in the negative manners. He is a very good doctor that I have come to know and appreciate. THANK YOU DR. DALAWARI.

I love this Man and his staff. They are professional carring and very attentive to your needs. I recommend all my friends to him because he listens to what is wrong and tries to help. Excellent character and loyal to his patients. His nurse Barb is great she will always go above and beyond to fit you in for an emergency appointment if needed. They simply just care a lot about there patients.

I walk in as a first time patient, only to be greeted with "no children allowed, Ill reschedule you" are you kidding me?! I drove over 35 minutes just to get her for someone to tell me that upon walking in! Disgusted. Sad, never got to meet the doctor, only the rude receptionist in the front!
