Had my records transferred here 8-9 months ago after a lot of protracted effort. Took money and 3 tries and threats to my Boston hospitals to get them here. Dr. Frenchs office was aware of how difficult this process was. I wanted them here as I had chosen Dr. French for my doc and wanted to get my record set up in this new office. Fast forward to now, I havent needed to see the doc for any reason, which is great, but when I contacted them today about my records because I need a few forwarded to my new lady doctor (he doesnt do "lady" things), they informed me that they had shredded the records several months ago because I hadnt been in for an appointment. Excuse me? You didnt even have the courtesy to contact me first to ask if I still had you chosen as my primary doctor? You just shredded all those records that I paid money and spent over a month trying to get to you? Remember, the records have only been there since late May/June of 2015 and its now Feb 2016. Seriously? I wish I could leave no stars for terrible customer service and communication skills and for wasting my time and money. Post-script: In response to owners response, you said to me that you shredded them "several months ago." They were only sent to you 8 months ago. So you did not hold them for 8 months, as you claim, you held them for perhaps 4 months before you shredded them, without making an effort to reach out to me to ask my intentions. That is terrible customer service on at least two counts. Stop blaming your office staff. This lies squarely on your impatient and non-communicative shoulders.

Best primary care physician/internist Ive ever seen. As a doctor myself, Im extremely critical when it comes to choosing the right doctor for my family and patients. However, both my wife and I go to see Dr. French, and any patients who are in need of a good primary care, I refer to him. He is a master of his trade, and with his knowledge and expertise you immediately feel safe and secure. He truly loves what he does and cares deeply for his patients. I highly recommend.

Dr French and his staff are just great. I was looking for a new PCP after moving and I had a bad experience with 2 other offices. When I called Dr. Frenchs office, they were very nice, professional and made sure to get me in very quickly because I needed to see a doctor. Dr French is very professional and friendly. Dr. French and his staff are amazing! I have a lengthy medical record including a rare syndrome and Dr. French read through it all and asked the right questions. It was so rare to have a medical professional who actually took the time to read my chart and try to understand my situation that I was genuinely surprised when I realized he had been so thorough!
