Ive brought my dog there for years and when he was sick and needed to be put down (he was 16) they tried to give me some pills for him and told me to wait for them to work . Meg wouldnt even see him ! We came home one night to him laying in his own feces ! When we called she would not talk to us on the phone but had her help tell us to give the pills A couple more days ! When he couldnt even walk we explained to her what we came home too and still refused to see him ! So we ened up bringing him to another vet and with in 3 minutes of seeing him knew he needed to be put down . He ended up being paralyzed from the hips down . I will never go back there ! My poor baby suffered so she could make more money off pills that she knew wouldnt work !

My cat was put to sleep without any sedation first and she suffered. When I asked her about sedating the cat first, she said, "It takes 20 minutes!" So what? I guess she didnt want us taking up space for 20 minutes when she could have another client using the room. I am still sick about it to this day, 2 months later and still cry almost every day about letting my cat down like this. I was supposed to protect her and I didnt! Then they put her in a garbage bag as if she was trash! Very upset with this place. AND their prices are very high. I also think the doctor is too quick to leave the room. I have put several animals to sleep and NEVER has it been as traumatic as this!

I changed to this Vet about 2 years ago, they are wonderful. Whenever I call they always take so much time with us. The bedside manner and the time they take to explain is better than expected. All of the staff are great. My dog Candie just had a operation and Amy and Dr. Meg were the best. Though I was sad leaving my dog Candie for the day, Amy made me feel great and totally comfortable leaving Candie in their care. If you use them it will be the best decision you would make! This is the worst vet I have ever been to. Her assistant accused me of overmedicating my dog who got very ill while on a family trip. My dog needed to then be put down. My Doberman was declared fit by them as well and he was diagnosed with a bad heart and died within months. I had brought him to NEAMC in bridgewater.They were wonderful. dont take your animals here.

We have been bringing our cat and dog here for over 4 years and think it is great. There is hardly ever a wait and the fees are great. We found a lump on our dog, was promptly completely removed and tested within a weeks time. We have had nothing but good experiences here.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. I feel like I paid a lot, but probably no more than I would have paid at any other vet for a 2-3 month old puppy. I dont have a reference, and I still thought it was relatively fair priced so thats why this isnt affecting my 5-star review.

I spent thousands here only to have my 5 year old dog "suddenly die." This is not a veterinarian, it is a business to make money first, do as little as possible and charge you. In memory of my great dog, I could not recommend this place to anyone.
