I have been taking our "family members here since we had our first cat in 1986. Dr. Marcoux is the main vet and is kind, sympathetic and compassionate. He gives me an honest assessment every year with my 18 year old cat as to whether its time to go or not. The various assistants and other vets who have come and gone over the years have been great as well. And the office is good at recommending other vets who treat the animals they dont (such as reptiles and small mammals). I just looked up the number because Im making an appointment now, and I decided after years of good treatment I should give them a good review. Thanks, Pleasant Valley!

i am really upset and disgusted at the way this hospital nickel and dimes you... bad experience in the last few years but today was the worst!!!!! i will NEVER bring any of my pets here!! and i will let everyone i know not to.

Dr. Mandeville is wonderful. My dog gets a little shy when we first get in the room, she takes her time making him comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend them!
