We brought our pet there a few times in the past year and had an extremely tough experience with the receptionist and a couple of nurses there. We tried to tell them that our cat becomes traumatized easily, and needed more TLC than usual, but they werent good listeners or accommodating to our cats special needs. But when we brought her to other vets in the area, she was treated much more humanely and we were treated with much more respect. Just because a place is a service for animals does not mean they love animals, or people for that matter.

I took our 10 week Jack Russell puppy to Pet Haven Animal Hospital for a wellness check and to set a vaccination schedule. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet were great! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and Fitz (the puppy) loved them. When I mentioned that he was aggressive with other dogs, the vet even went and got her own dog (after they were technically closed for the day) and let Fitz socialize with him. We will definitely be sticking with them for all our puppy needs!

Dr Campbell and staff are the real deal... Dr Campbell is very emphatic " to everyone who comes thru her door...4 legs or being carried.. Pet Haven is the greatest blessing to ever happen for our littlest family members all 4 of them..
