This is the only dentist my daughter likes, for a child to want to go is amazing. The Doctor extraordinary, and amazing with kids she has amazing gift to calm the children down make them realize there is nothing to fear. Not a lot doctors take their time to be with patient but Dr.Shah does! The assistance are absolutely terrific so patient and gentle caring and talkative. Gabby got my 3 year old to do perfect x-rays I never thought she could be still enough to do them but all Gabby had to do was talk her threw got down on her level and thats pretty amazing to the dentist dont take time to do that & Diana the manager was amazing as well talking the patients and parents to make sure they had assistance in the back in front making sure everyone knew that they werent forgotten by talking to them and making sure they were very satisfied with their dental experience. Jasmine explanation was great. Even though my daughter needed just sealants she took the time to make sure we knew what was going to happen and what it was for so she wouldnt be scared. This place was very clean and organized for having kids running around everywhere. They show a United Team.!

If you are planning on going to Smiley Dental, think twice about it. I use to go there but i found out that they charge you un nessecery fees. They were charging me $300 for some filling that i needed to get done because supposely my insurance didnt cover it. Well i called my insurance and i found out that they did cover it and all i need to pay was $25. 2nd the had done 4 filling and 2 weeks later they had fallen out and they had also said that i need to get a root canal. Well i had made the appointment for it and it got cancelled twice without letting me know, so i ended up getting mad and stopped going there. I decided to go to Jefferson and i found out that the root canal i was going to get done was going to get done on the wrong tooth. Smiley had told me that it was going to be done on my left tooth and i got it checked and the problem was on my right side. SO LOOK ELSE WERE BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THERE JOB RIGHT AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!! and the smiley place was the one on Nursery in Irving Tx

Everytime that I go, Im treated kindly and respectfully. The staff is very friendly and I always feel secure. I never get scared because the doctor or assistant lets me know what theyre going to do and why. The visit is for the most part fast and easy all depending on the procedure ofcourse. It is also money beneficial, Ive gone to other dentist offices where the cost is outrageous. I would really recomend Smiley Dental to everyone. Even kids will love it, the assistants are great with kids! Ive never once heard a child cry or scream. So far in my lifetime, Smiley Dental has been my favorite office to go to. Make it yours too!

made an appointment wednesday july 12 only for them to cancel once we got there my appointment was rescheduled to thursday july 13 my appointment was to find out about my top wisdom teeth i waited 3 hours only to then just be told they were coming out which i already knew , no information about how they were coming out or when i should get them out no information nothing , then when i asked , the nurse was extremely rude and reffered me to a doctor who didnt accept medicaid purposely to shut me up when i asked for a referral after i told her i needed someone who accepted medicaid i would not reccomend going to this place

Not sure how they have such good reviews... I mean some of the assistants are nice, and honest. I cant say the same for a particular hygienist though, I was told I had a cavity.... Something, I have NEVER had before. And, luckily. Unknown, to the sketchy hygienist. I had already had my cleaning done, and teeth checked out TWICE before coming to that facility. Its been almost a year now, and guess what... STILL NO CAVITY. Might have just been a mistake, who knows? Im not going to take that chance though.

My family and I have been with Smiley Dental for over 8 years now.... Ive had many choices throughout the period of 8 years, but I wouldnt change Smiley Dental for any other place, even if it was close to my home!! I love the Dr they have, shes very gentle and very nice! Also the staff are nice and explain everything to us before going ahead and doing any procedure!! I am planing to stay with Smiley Dental for a very long- long time.... My daughter and I feel very comfortable with them!!

Waited a hour to get to a room. Was told it would be a 15 minute procedure, try an hour and a half..... for a cleaning. The (ONLY) Dr. gets up and leaves you sitting there wondering if shes ever coming back while she goes to work on other patients. The assistants are wonderful but just is not the professional style business you want to trust your teeth with.

My experience was so bad… The lady that did the work on me got my blouse all wet… But that’s not all after 2 weeks I went a second time to the office because one of the filling fell off, the Dr. said “that hole on your tooth is normal…” I know my mouth very well. So, I went to another dentist and yes in fact one of the fillings was gone.

They definitely get you in quick. Staff was very friendly. Orthodontist is a hoot!!! Yami is sweet as pie!!!! The only thing is the consultation was so quick, I didnt feel secure in my dental plan. We talked more about what Im going to pay vs. my dental plan. Other than that they are a great group of people.
