My family and I were new in town and I called the office to schedule new patient visits and teeth cleanings after driving by the office. I called and asked them to verify that our insurance was accepted and they particiapted in the provider plan paying 100% preventative care. We were told yes so we scheduled the appointments. The service provided was mediocre at best. The wait was outrageous considering we were the only individuals in the office. Two weeks later we received a bill for over $400! We were told there was an error and that they did not participate in our insurance providers plan and we were responsible for the amount listed. IF we had been told the truth when we called to verify we would NOT have visited this office. Our insurance does in fact pay 100% preventative care BUT their office doesnt participate in the plan. After several conversations with the billing office (same woman) who admitted she made the mistake and the dentist we were told it didnt matter and we were responsible for the full amount paid in full or we would be sent to a credit bureau and collection service. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! You will be disappointed by the service and possibly (very likely) lied to and/or overbilled.

I went to this Dentist office today and I really really like the Denist, he seems very nice and very professional however the receptionist or secretary was RUDE and BELITTLING .. She would not answer any questions and called me a liar.. I am a business owner here in this city and Ive never been treated so badly.. Alll she could say was Have a nice day, Have a nice day. I really hope this office gets their stuff together and fires this person!! She is incompetent to even answer a phone! She even tried to double Bill me until I told her and showed her i already paidI Another thing, she treated me like I was scum for trying to use a coupon, I really hate leaving a bad review but the people need to know about her and to think I was spending $4000 with them.. I even went back-to speak to the Doctor and she made me wait in the reception area for a extended amount of time.. I really would like to speak to the Doctor even though she would not let me .. This is ridiculous!!

Just left this office. Not sure what to expect since it was bought on a groupon. Walked in and everything seemed nice. I was pleasantly surprised. Was taken back quickly for xrays. Seemed like a very nice office and one I would return too. To my surprise the Dr. came in and told me xrays looked good but they couldnt do my cleaning because I didnt have a medical release from a disc fusion I had a year ago. She did a quick exam and then told me I would have to reschedule my cleaning after I got a release. I would understand if I was have a medical procedure done but for a cleaning it sounds like complete b.s. She did say they would honor the groupon if I came back but that sounds like someone that didnt want to honor a coupon. How am I supposed to believe that I need the other items she recommended after being told I needed a medical clearance for a cleaning.

I went to Eldorado Family Dentistry to get my teeth cleaned while I was home from school. The staff at Eldorado Family is super friendly and do a great job welcoming you as a new customer. You can definitely tell that everyone that works there loves their job. Dr. Carmichael was great! He was so nice and even took time to get to know me as his patient which definitely put me more at ease. The staff and Dr. Carmichael put away any fears I had of visiting the dentist and they also made my teeth look awesome!! A bonus was the affordable price I paid for at the end of my visit! If your looking for a dentist office that does spectacular work, is family friendly and eases your fear of the dentist then this is definitely a place you should try out!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen in a timely manner and as someone who doesnt like going to the dentist, I was very nervous. But Dr. Carmichael was SO nice and very thorough and answered all my questions. I did need fillings and he actually was able to pull my xrays up on the computer and show me exactly what he was talking about. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a friendly dental office.

Stay away from this place. The staff are grumpy and dont seem to even like each other. Dr. Carmichael was late so I had to wait for a good while on him. Then he tried to sell me a bunch of dental work that I did not need. Went to apple orthodontics and they said I didnt even need half of what he wanted to do. The dental assistants were more interested in their gossiping than my comfort. The dentist was only interested in my money and his little assistant.

Such a friendly staff, a happy, comfortable environment and affordable! I love how nice the place is, but mainly just how happy and friendly the entire staff was with me and my then 4 year old. He and I are actually excited to go back to the dentist! I just wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!

Came here on a groupon because I do not have insurance currently. Going to the dentist normally turns me into the biggest baby but Dr. Carmichael and his staff made it a very comfortable and positive experience. I absolutely recommend this office and will be going back!

Dr. Segal is no longer in practice. She had to leave due to medical reasons. A new Dr. has taken over. He has been in practice for over 40 years. Please take this into consideration when you read the previous reviews. Thank you.
