BEWARE OF ARTE DENTAL IN LITTLE ELM with Dr. Hieu Le ‼️ I am never one to write a bad review on an establishment. I contemplated whether or not to even write this one but I knew I needed to because I would hate for anyone else to have the experience I did today. I recently received a coupon in the mail to get a teeth cleaning for $49 at Arte dental. I am very good about getting my teeth cleaned every six months but with the recent birth of my son and my former dentist moving to Houston it had been a year since my last cleaning. I walked into the office at 8:30 AM. They did the routine survey, x-rays , and exam. When it was time to review with the dentist she informed me I needed a deep cleaning, I had a gum disease, and needed over $2,200 worth of work. I was absolutely taken back by the amount of work she said I needed as I have never been told any of this in previous visits. She insisted that if I did not get the deep cleaning which was $800 I would need to sign a refusal form and wanted to make sure I was aware my teeth were in terrible shape and were in the process of falling out if I didnt take immediate action. As you can imagine, I was mortified. I told her that I would like to get the routine cleaning today and I would seek a 2nd opinion as to the amount of work my mouth truly needed. I was in no position to pull out any teeth nor receive an $800 deep cleaning. Keep in mind, I came in with no issues or discomfort in my mouth. After signing the refusal form to NOT have the recommended work done, she had a NOT so pleasant attitude and began the routine cleaning. My routine cleaning took 12 minutes exactly. 12 minutes‼️ Every cleaning I have ever received in my life has taken anywhere between a minimum of 30 minutes to one hour. NEVER 12! When she finished I expressed my concern of my 12 minute cleaning and how I felt she was not happy that I did not increase services therefore she decreased her services. She told me she did her job. I was furious as I was hitting the 2 hour mark at the office now. At this time, I informed her I would be writing a review of my experience in her office. At that time she made a complete 180. She offered to redo my cleaning and told me that I did not need to pay for my service today. I was not looking for a free service, in fact I tried multiple times to pay at the end of my service and the office refused my payment. I just want everyone to be aware of the experience I received today. I already dread the dentist as it is and this was just over the top uncomfortable. Its safe to say this Office will not be my new home. If anyone else has had a great experience at the dentist in the little area please shoot me your recommendations.

I recently had major dental work done on my mouth at the Little Elm office, and I was very nervous on my first visit but as soon as I walked in the door the front staff made me feel a little at ease. The two ladies up front explained to me a little about the procedure I was going to have and that made me feel better. When I was called in, I stated to get nervous again but once again the nurses talked to me and explained the procedure a little more in detail and that made me feel better. When Dr Le came in I was more calm. She went on and explained the whole procedure in detail. Well all I got to say is that Dr Le is fantastic! my first visit lasted 4hrs and and I didnt even feel it. Dr Le would work on my mouth and she would let me rest a bit before doing it again, I was never alone, the nurses would come and ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything, every one was so nice. I had not had dental work done in a long time, thats why I was nervous and scared. I know there is a lot of dentist out there but I wanted to say that I picked the right one. The office in Little Elm is the best, I definitely will recommend it to my family and friends. Keep up the good work you all and thank you very much!!! Mrs. J. Cardenas

I am a new patient to Arte Dental. I have already visited twice. My first visit was fantastic. I met with Amanda and she was very thorough. She told me what my treatment was going to be and what I needed to do to remain healthy. The front staff Betty and Carol helped me with my insurance questions. They even have an erasable form that I loved! It was easy! My second visit was with Dr. Le. She was so kind and very gentle. She was very cautious and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. Amanda finished up my process and her demeanor remained consistent and kind. I am going to receive a free whitening kit just to keep up with my visits and follow my treatment plan. I am so grateful that I was able to find such an accommodating facility with such friendly and genuine employees after I moved into the area. Thanks Dr. Le and Arte Dental!!

My first experience with Arte Dental was yesterday, after years of being loyal to a different dentist office. The first impression was a good one! Nice, clean office with pretty decor, and short, paperless new patient paperwork. Love that! The staff is SO POLITE and helpful...always smiling! Dr. Le had a lot work on hands with the extraction of one of my teeth....so much so, that it took almost 4 hours of work to get it out! But she was a true professional--so patient and kind the entire time! She even stayed until 9 pm with me there, ensuring that my stitches were perfect and ensuring success with the healing of my gums. I can tell shes a perfectionist and I appreciate that in a medical professional! I took a chance leaving my previous dentist of 8 years, but Im so glad I did! I will now be a loyal Arte Dental patient, and happily so! :)

Let me start out by saying I am terrified of the dentist. So naturally when I found out that I needed a root canal I was horrified (Id never had one before, and had always heard awful stories). I could not have had a better experience. They were wonderful, I NEVER felt any discomfort. They are always so nice everytime I go in there, front desk as well as the rest of the staff. It is the first place I actually feel comfortable going to. I chose this dentist not only because of the reviews but I was told by SEVERAL people to go there. I am so glad that I did, you wont be disappointed! Oh and their prices are awesome too!

I took my family to Arte for regular cleanings. It was my 4 year old daughters 1st time to go so I was quite nervous about how she would react to have her teeth cleaned but the dentist and his staff were all super amazing! She didnt fuss ONE time! They made it a fun experience PLUS she got to watch a movie the whole time. Not to mention, they had an awesome kids area to keep her entertained while the rest of us had work done. I was so impressed with the how quick and painless the whole experience was. We definitely arent nervous about our next upcoming appointment this time!
