I went to Dr. Marylou back in September to get a cleaning. It had been awhile since I had seen a dentist, and I had mentioned that which in hindsight may have hurt me. The hygienist measured my gums and told me that I had a lot of plaque buildup under the gums which required a "middle of the road" cleaning-not a regular but not a deep, somewhere in between which I had to pay for out of pocket. The hygienist also told me that I would need another cleaning in 3 months to make sure all the plaque was gone. Then Dr. Marylou checked over my x-rays and tried to tell me I had 8 cavities and 1 filling that needed to be replaced, and that the cause was drinking filtered water instead of tap water. Having never heard that, and having not had 8 cavities in my entire life, something didnt sit right with me. So, I got a second opinion. The new dentist told me that my gums look amazing, and have no issues, and confirmed only 1 of the 8 cavities with a potential for another, though extremely small. He couldnt even find some of the cavities Dr. Marylou claimed were there-there was absolutely nothing on my x-rays. Others were nothing more than shadows from overlapping teeth. Im SO happy I got a second opinion and didnt spend the $2000 on dental work she claimed I needed!

I cant say enough about Dr Pfaffenberger and her staff. I was greeted pleasantly by the front desk when I arrived. I was immediately escorted to the Hygienist Ana for my 6 month checkup and cleaning. What a terrific job. I have never sat in a dental chair and not felt pain before - this was my first day. If you want an extremely professional cleaning by a caring and high quality hygienist you need to go here. I followed up my visit with another 2 visits for a crown on my Wisdom tooth. I had discussed an implant with Dr Pfaffenberger and she recommended a crown instead - she was so caring and so driven to provide the best treatment for ME. This corrected a problem I have had for years and Dr Pfaffenberger did an incredible job. I have always been a weenie when it comes to dental pain and going to the Dentist. I have to tell you I never felt a thing - not even when they gave me a shot to numb my jaw. I wont go anywhere else for my dental treatment.

Awful experience at this dentist office. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Got some cavities filled here. I was numbed and then had to wait an hour for the fillings to be started. By the time she was going I could feel the pain. When I told her this she said just hold on were almost done. What kind of person says that as Im crying from the pain? Will never go there again. Even after she did my fillings I am having to go elsewhere to get them repaired and she did them just a few months ago. Also they try to nickel and dime you for things you dont even need. I highly suggest you dont go here but if you do get a second option before you spend a lot of money on a procedure they claim you need. I will also say that they tried to get me to pay more than I should have because my insurance didnt cover my cleaning which is a complete lie. Keep your eye out for what theyre charging you.

I began seeing Dr Pfaffenberger due to serious dental issues. I couldnt get a cleaning until these issues were taken care of. Once everything was done I went in for cleaning and full exam. Everything went well but it seemed they were a little disorganized. The hygienist left after the X-rays and cleaning and said someone would be in to do the polishing. It took awhile for someone to come in and finish everything up. Again, it was a good visit overall but just kind of strange that I was left waiting so long and that two people did the cleaning. Dr Pfaffenberger is excellent. She always explains everything in detail answers any questions and is super mindful of your comfort. The office staff is AMAZING! They remember you by name and very helpful.

This dentist was amazing. I am one who hates going to the dentist. Having bad experiences in the past I have been avoiding getting a cavity filled. I have been going to this dentist for a while, every time the conversation came about the cavity Id make an excuse to myself why I could not do it at this time. My previous dentist had caused so much pain filling a cavity I was completely terrified. I finally caved in and had it done. I did not feel a thing as uncomfortable as the experience can be she did all possible to make sure I did not feel anything. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Please go see this dentist her staff is amazing truly go above and beyond to help.

First visit to the office and the attention the staff gives you is amazing from the time you call to make an appointment to your visit you can just feel that they care for each patient like you were a family member the front desk taking care my Insurance before I even got to the office not having to wait and the assistants are very nice and caring the Hygienist are very good and gentle and Dr Pfaffenberger there is no words that could describe this genuine awesome person she explains to you everything that is going on with you she takes the time I just felt like I was the only person in the office I found my dentist.

I will be switching to this location permanently!!! EVERYTHING about this staff is great! They even let my son hold my hand while I got my wisdom teeth pulled! I will also let my son go here even though his original dental office is right across the street. The drive is worth it. Pfaffenberger is patient and thorough. Her dental assistant is very personable. I could go on all day but I have to get to work. Oh yeah they just called to check on me. I am not use to that type of service and that was the last straw. They will get my familys business every time

We have been going to Dr. Pfaffenberger for about 6 or 7 years and have never had a problem at all! Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Pfaffenberger really cares for her patients and their comfort. From cleanings to fillings to root canals, she has taken great care of us. I highly recommend this office and doctor.
