Sooo.... I came here to write a review and it looks as though alot of people have already beat me to the punch with facts. I will try to keep it short and put. Good energy is hard to come by when you are getting your teeth drilled. It also isnt too common to walk into an office filled with staff that are passionate about what they do. You can tell that not only is Dr. Stephens the BEST, but his entire staff compliments one another. LIV dentistry is the epitome of how every dentist visit should be when you have cavities... informative, hospitable, PAIN free, mixed with some good humor! The entire staff embodies positive energy and made me feel like family as soon as I walked in. If you consider any other dentist I wish you pain, negativity, and dry humor.... and when you recover from that horrible dentist I hope you remember this post and change your mind to go to LIV dentistry next time. (J/K) THEY ARE THE BEST SERIOUSLY!!!

First off, Ive had over 7 bad dental experiences with over 7 different dentists, so my dental anxiety level is a bit high. My appointment with Dr. Steffens was AMAZING. The office is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone in this office is genuinely friendly and so professional. Nicole (receptionist) was such a sweetheart and talking with Dr. Steffens was like talking to an old friend. Hes informative, helpful and reassuring. You can tell he really cares about his patients and doesnt treat you like another number. Mary (dental hygienist) was not only professional but hilarious! I was literally crying from laughter while she was cleaning my teeth!! I hate sounding like a cliché review, but Im actually looking forward to my next appointment haha. If you go here, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Im a little behind in posting this as we received treatment during the holiday. I cant recommend this practice enough and even in the short time since our first visit Ive suggested this practice to at least three people in need of dental treatment. The Doctor and all his staff made my husband ( and myself, though I did not get work done) feel welcome and at home, comfortable, and like good friends. They were also very clear and helpful in explaining the plan ahead and what possible scenarios we have for how we could approach treatment. I feel like the team also displayed excellent teamwork which is important to me. I also liked how they interacted with the specialist they referred us to and their staff in setting up future appointments.

Best. Dentist. Visit. Ever! :) I just moved to the area and basically had to play a game of Russian Roulette with finding a dentist. So I started close to home and gave LIV Dentistry a try. Everyone there is awesome! Dr. Clark Steffens was thorough and informative. I really appreciated his morals and ethics in caring for his patients. (The lightly massaging dental chair and netflix was also a plus). Rafael was so nice and took care of my X-rays and Rocio was excellent and thorough with my cleaning. Stephanie was a great help answering all of my questions. I loved how down-to-earth and friendly everyone was. Thank you guys!

Thanks to doctor Clark.. all badly procrastinated dental work has finally gotten done. Decayed teeth pulled out and root canals done. I was too embarrassed to let anyone look i at my teeth for years for fear of previous haunting experiences...which only lead to further decay. Dr. Clark did not make me feel uncomfortable nor embarrass me when he took xrays. In stead he talked about his personal experience with his own teeth and his experiences at the dentist. He, Raffee and Stephanie, Dr. Clarks wife, made me feel right at home. They are all genuinely compassionate and kind people. SO Glad to have found them!

Let me begin with I havent even been to my appointment yet, I only attended my husbands appointment. It was a Saturday and it was an emergency walk in as well.. They took care of him right away letting him know the issue, what it will cost him, some antibiotics and pain meds to hold him through until his next appointment! From Stephanie to Dr. Clark - let alone the rest off the staff were all amazing and THE OFFICE IS BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Clark explains everything in full detail, hes not there to steal your money as most dentist are. Im so glad that we found LIV and I cannot wait for my appointment!!

One word..AMAZING! From the moment you walk-in you are greeted as family and the staff is very inviting. They explain everything that they are doing which helps to reassure you (hey, the dentist can be scary sometimes) and I felt comfortable with everything they were saying. Dr. Clark is the BEST dentist in the DFW area. He listens and truly cares for his patients. I also love all the new technology they use! (Not to mention the dental chairs are massage chairs and free teeth whitening!!) I finally found a place that I feel comfortable with everything from start to finish! Thanks LIV team!

Ive never really liked dentist offices specially not enough to write review, but this place has absolutely changed my mind in one visit. Its the nicest dentist office Ive ever seen in my life. I went in to get my bridge recemented back in place, the process was so quick. I was in and out with in 30 minutes, Dr Clark did an awesome job. I am very impressed with him and with LIV dentistry, I was absolutely be back. I never give a business 5 stars but in this case I wish I could give more.

I have been to a lot of Dentist before, but this is the only one I will use from now on. The Dr is very personable and detailed. The entire staff you can tell takes pride in their work and working for Dr. Steffens. Then to top things off the equipment and rooms are VERY nice. I was surprised when I sat down and the chair had a massage built in, which made the visit that much better! I would recommend anyone in the area who needs a dentist to go here.

These guys are the best. I was a patient of Dr. Clark when he was in Uptown and was thrilled to see that he had moved to the suburbs. The nicest and most competent dentist you will ever meet. The office is cutting edge and beautiful. Its the first time Ive ever felt like I had a spa-dental experience. Stephanie does a top notch job of running the office. Raffi is extremely nice and helpful. Seriously...it doesnt get better than this!

You feel relaxed, yes, relaxed, at the Dentist. From the spa like chairs to the non-invasive equipment, to the hot towels after your exam. Dr. Clark and his staff will explain every step of your treatment and make sure you are comfortable.

AMAZING is the only word to describe the experience provided by Dr Clark and the staff @ LIV Dentistry. The location is great & youre always greeted with a smile. Dr Clark is great at explaining everything in terms you can understand. An exceptional experience form the time you walk in the door till the time you leave.
